Sammy shrugged, looking over at Mr.Ike. "Ask him, not me," she told Memo. She hadn't heard any new news on Team Galactic.

Sammy looked over at Mr. Ike. "Fun stuff, fun stuff," she muttered. She honestly hoped they would see Mr. Satty soon; she had never had the chance to call him Mr. Kitty head, like she so badly wanted to. Still, she was sure he wouldn't like that at all.

"Well, that was a joke." Ike grinned with guilt. He had not the slightest clue what Galactic was doing. He grin disappeared. "The last two times we put a stop to what they were doing... first it was to capture Dialga and Palkia and make a new universe... then this last time it was to destroy this universe and 'restart' it.... they both were on the top of Mt. Coronet in those ruins." he thought back. "I wonder who even built that place to began with? It's really eerie... and cold."

Ike heard a new voice in the distance and went to investigate.
"Hi there." he said, catching up with the new member. "Name's Ike. You are...?" he waited for a response. Wasn't the first time he found someone lost in the HQ. It was an underwater maze few master to navigate around during their first few days.

"I'm Arreku Negi, a new recruit from the Sinnoh region, I'm a little lost right now I'm tryoing to make my way to the surface to find and catch a Marill, but alas, I'm stuck down here having trouble finding my way out..." Arekku said a little louder than nesissary noticing that Ike seemed to have a higher rank feeling about him, he wasn't sure how much higher though. Maybe Executive? "Do you think you could help me?" He asked nervously.

"Er! That is what I meant! I just needed help finding the way up..." He walked over to the teleporter, thinking he knew the name from somewhere, but dropped the subject, turned and said, "Thank you Mr. Ike." stepped backwards into the panel and warped onto the beach. Hw stepped off the panel and walked out into the sunlight where there were an Aipom and an Azuril playing in the sand. "Symbolic I'd say" Arekku muttered to himself, looking at the two before heading off on his search. He came upon a rather large rock formation, half on land and half in the water and decided it'd be a good place to look for a Marill. He stepped quietly around the corner to see three other pokemon lieing back in the shade. A Mankey, a Slakoth, and a... he slightly gasped to himself... a Marill. Arekku stepped a little further around the corner and the Slakoth noticed him, it rose it's paw up and, to his suprise, waved him over to join them. "Really?" He went over to sit down.

The Marill sat and eyed him cautiously, but the Mankey stood up and walked away. "I guess it couldn't hurt to challenge either of you would it?" The Slakoth pointed to the Marill and grumbled a little, the Marill on the other hand stood up and nodded. "Feisty little thing I guess... Okay but if I win you're mine!" He nodded and waited for Arekku to pull out the pokeball that held Carvanha.
"Come on out Carvanha!" He threw the ball toward the water and the pokemon came out. The Marill dove into the water as well and Arekku climbed onto the structure. Both of the pokemon stared eachother down. "Ready Carvanha? Lets go Dive under and prepare a bite attack!" The Marill used his bouiant tail jump out of range of the attack just a Carvanha came up and launched a harsh bubble attack which hit Carvanha in the back forcing him back under water. Carvanha shrugged off the blow and came back with a tackle which hit the Marill and caused more damage with his 'Rough Skin' ability. The blow took Marill by suprise dazing it slightly, Arekku took the chance, "Launch out of the water and give him another Bite attack!" Carvanha did as he was told and bit Marill, "Now is my chance!" He threw the pokeball, just barely hitting the Marill's tail, pulling it inside.
The ball landed in the water, floating there shaking. The glowing at the center stopped and the ball stopped shaking letting him know the Marill had been caught. "Yes!" Arekku cheered aloud, for anyone nearby to hear. Just then the ball began to sink, "GAH!!" He dove into the waterand as quick as he could, swam over to retrieve the pokeball. As he swam back to shore he looked at Carvanha and said, "You did really good! I'm honored to be your trainer." This made him thoughfull enough to give an affectionate nibble on Arekku's leg. Areku paniced and began to swim faster to get to shore. He returned Carvanha andstood up. "So where do I go from here...?" He looked back at the Slakoth sitting against the structure. "I don't think I'm supposed to catch more than one right now... But I'll come back for you. Don't get into any trouble until then" The Slakoth nodded and fell asleep.
