The world fell away around her as Sawyer immersed herself in the book. The thought of learning the music and playing it first hand made her nearly giddy with delight.

Alcy sighed and stood up, slowly walking over towards the remaining hosts. "I really should be used to that type of thing by now, but," she rubbed the back of her head, "That was kinda weird." She shrugged, before looking around. "Hmm... we only have one customer in here so far, ne..." she said as she spotted Sawyer. Her eyes slid back toward Watari and Hikaru. "Either of you want to take care of her?"

"Kaoru!" He called after his brother, still rooted to the spot by shock. However, when, for the second time, he was ignored as Kaoru turned and exited the room. His teeth clenched, brows furrowing in anger and confusion, Hikaru finally moved his legs and started running after his twin. "Kaoru!" He called again, more out of concern than anger. Was Kaoru ok? Was he hurt? Embarrassed? Why was he ignoring Hikaru? What the hell was happening?!

Watari thought a moment before moving to Hikaru and putting a hand on his shoulder. "Perhaps, he needs a little time, Hikaru-san. How about... you help me with the customer? We can give him some time to calm down. Would that be fine, Alcy-san?" he asked, turning this golden gaze on her. "Plus, I do believe I don't know everyone in this room just yet."

Alcy blinked as Hikaru angstily ran after his brother, before being stopped by Watari. Sighing, she ran her fingers through her hair. "Don't those two remember we have a job to do? Mou..." Her eyes slid toward Watari as he spoke. "... I suppose we might as well. I don't really know what I'd do hosting another girl, though..." She bent over and scooped up Yuki, scratching him under his chin. "Right! Lets go!" And with that she set off towards the girl reading a book.

He was almost to the door and his mouth ready to call for Kaoru again when something stopped him mid-stride. A hand grabbing his shoulder firmly, almost knocking him off balance. He skidded to a stop and started to swing his hand around to knock the hand off, "Lemme..." Hikaru stopped, looking up and see that it was Watari that had him. But it wasn't the sight of the boy that stopped him; it was the distant, slightly glazed look in his eyes.
Hikaru straightened, fists clenching at his sides for a moment before he nodded, silently.

Watari blinked, clearing his eyes and smiled softly. "Sorry, I know you're close to him. But even close siblings need a little time alone. Come help Alcy-san and I host. We've lost a couple of them due to being out sick and we can't have the rest of us running off. Besides, if Kyouya figured out we were shirking our duties he'd come up with a very bad payback for us," he told the older twin, before leading him back into the room. His eyes were a little sad, distant, but his mind was at least in the here and now.

Watanuki was happy when the twins came over to say hello. His eyes lit up a bit at Hikaru's friendliness. "Oh, they were alright. Nothing really out of the ordinary-" but of course once he said that, possibly one of the strangest things could have happened.
Ehhh???? Kyouya... tripped on Koaru?? He was confused as to why everyone suddenly got upset. Somehow he had missed the kissing part of the incident.

Lerena walked into the room sleepily. "Hello, everyone." she said slouching down on a couch. She had no idea why she even came to the Host Club today; she was tired and not at a very stable performance. At this point, she'd only conduct herself as some weirdo who's sleeping on the couch instead of participating in club activities. "I'm so tired, everyone! I was up until 6 am due to my unstable sleeping habits." she seemed to cuddle with the couch and then sat up. "So, who's all here?" she asked. She spotted Hikaru, Alchy, Watari, and Sawyer. The only ones she recognized were Hikaru and Alchy, however, and she was only able to greet them. "Hi, Hikaru, hi Alchy!"

Sawyer's ears perked up when she heard a reference to, "her," and she reluctantly pulled her eyes away from the page, pushing her glasses up her nose.

It took some effort, but as Hikaru walked back with Watari, he smiled a little. "Yeah... the Shadow King... he's good at that." He looked up at the sound of his name again and seemed to snap out of it a little more. That's right... he had a job to do and Kaoru would be just fine; alone time.
Honestly, neither of them had ever exersized the idea of 'alone time' but they were getting older now, right? Things were bound to change - Hikaru just wished that he could have a little more warning for when they did. He raised a hand and waved to Lerena, "Hey Lerena-san, how are you?" He smiled a little then glanced at Watanuki; that's right... he actually had two jobs.

Alcy waved to Lerena as she passed. "Get some sleep, then, child! Who are we to stop you from paying to sleep in here?" She grinned and nodded to Hikaru as he passed before whipping around to the remaining host behind her. "Right, then, Watari-kun! We have on the battlefield two customers, 3 hosts and 2 hostesses. What's our strategy?"

Watari smiled, bowing his head, even as he watched everyone in the room. "Oh, I know, I should introduce myself to those who don't know me. I'm Kimihiro Watari. I hope to be a fine host. Right now, I'm in training by Kyouya. Yet in his absence, I'll try to perform to the best of my abilities." He picked up the clip board Kyouya had been holding and looked it over. "It seems I'm to hook up some game systems... should anyone have a preference of the system, I'll hook that one up first."

She thought back to all the times her Beloved had told her to get her butt into bed. "I suppose I should listen, even if he isn't around to say it." She laid back down on the couch and replied, "I'm fine Hikaru. I'm going to doze off a bit." she went to sleep and let each individual voice disappear one by one.

Watanuki was a bit eager for someone to try his cake so having already cut them into slices as everyone else ran around like the crazy people they were, he took two places and forks and put a slice of the chocolate on one, and lemon on the other.
He picked them up and turned around to seek out a few targets to be his guinea pigs. He spotted Alcy heading towards someone that was sitting... it was Sawyer! Remembering her from yesterday he swiftly skittered over to her.
"Hello, Miss Sawyer. I'm glad to see you." He really meant it. "Would you please try some cake? I'm dying to hear what you think of it." He sounded rather giddy actually.
He turned to the other girl. "Miss Alcy, would you care to join us? I have two kinds to be tried."
