never had sushi. Had something sushi-ish from a supermarket once, but turns out that was a mistake.
I am very curious- but I also know it to be quite expensive, and mug eats a LOT. sweatdrop

Yeah, good sushi will cost you, and it's (generally) not as filling as most other foods. Thus, it ends up being more expensive than a nicer restaurant if 2-3 rolls aren't enough.

I am a big eater, I fear. Thus, Sushi would be a "try it" kind of thing. Not a "meal" kind of thing.
Still, I am very open to trying it. Trouble is, the only place I had good options was visiting Scottsdale, AZ for school. Sushi in the desert? I think not.

********. Got a 100% on that final . . . so 40% of the final grade is a perfect score. So far, participation and discussions also sits at 100%. All that is left is a letter to a hypothetical doctor (like a mini version of the final), and I am home free. Raise that GPA!!!

Yeah, AZ would not be the best of locales.
Whoa, very impressive! Congrats on all the outstanding grades, friend!

I literally throw every mental resource I have at every assignment. None of it is half-way done. While writing is a strength (you may have noticed), it still is an effort to make papers.
This one kicked mah bootay. Then I came out with that and had a phenomenal day thanks to the high of "********. Win!!!"

Ah, I understand better now. Yes, striving for excellence is difficult.
What are RIGs?

Random Item Generators.
Gaia has this horrible habit of making items that have to be purchased from shops using Gaia Cash (i.e. real freakin money), and the item you get is a random generator. You have no idea what it will spit out when you use it, so you could get something very valuable and rare, or something that is a total waste of your money. It is gambling for items . . . and I have yet to ever do well with them.

Oh, those... I've despise that they even exist. Gaia just wants money, and their decision to not do Guilds 2.0 due to it not having any Gaia Cash ventures enforces this.

In a way, i am glad that they are not touching the guilds. I just know they would ******** it up somehow that is irreparable. The only thing I would like to see is the guilds cost WAAAAAAAY more money.
Back when they cost 20K to start up, having 500g was a lot. Much less 40* that. Now having that amount is frelling easy. Guilds are more or less worthless at this point.

That's a very good point about the messing something up.
Yes, the inflation around here is bad.

The only bit that Gaia has done recently that perked up my attention was the "name your prize" aspect of the most recent giveaway. For each entry, you had a chance to get this massive amount of gold (I think it was 100 million), and name any one item you wanted. Any item.
The only catch is that each entry was to spend 99 gaia cash on something. So for every dollar a person spends on the site, you get one entry. Real money for a chance to win an absurd amount of gold and get anything you wanted. I admit, I'd get a devil tail, because those are in the tens of millions of gold now. Still . . . more money grubbing.

Yeah, that was an interesting contest, but $1 per entry to the raffle was not worth it at all. I'll also admit it was tempting, since the old Demon/Devil Horns are very expensive.
