1. After looking through the system as I try and refresh my brain I seem to be blanking out. So if some one would clear up the systems when it comes to building a profile.

For instructions on building the profile itself just follow these instructions step by step: Step by Step Character Creation Sheet 2.5. It's written pretty clearly but if you have any more specific question as you're working on your profile don't hesitate to ask!

2. The profile as it self is new to me from the previous version. Problems arise as 'Skills' (acrobatics Ect.) are not seen ether on the list plus descriptions of the uses of said 'skills'.
The description for each skill and their uses are listed here: [ESSENTIAL] Skills. This should be fairly complete. Of course, we always suggest spreading out your skill points reasonably so that your character may be adapted to any type of mission. For example, some people tend to ignore charisma based skills; but they do come in pretty handy for certain missions!

3. When looking at the activity post I can see the leaf village is dead. Would it be wize to try and RP there if there is no one to RP with?... Iz gets bored if its just me, my self ,and I posting. Lol.
The wisest course of action is always to choose Kirigakure...

Just kidding. It's a great village that tends to have a lot of activity but there are other good options as well. Konoha, from what I understand, is going pretty slow right now, but it most likely won't be the case for too long. Still, nothing says you have to limit yourself to one character, you could always make one for another village right now and make one for Konoha once activity picks up.

4. When building my profile I feel as if I need to get approved to even be part of a clan.. might just be me. Like to add on; if a clan gives me SuperMegaStuff when it comes to points .. where do I look and how do I include them in my profile ?
Look right here: Clan and Bloodline Limits Directory. Here you'll find a list of all the clans with detailed descriptions on each one's ownership (if any), jutsus, and stats. Usually, you have stat bonuses that you just apply to your character sheet. If you want an example, you can look at my character's sheet to see how I implemented it: Profile: Hiru Hoshigaki. It's separated into many posts since it had become too long for Gaia's limit, but you should understand the concept. If you have more specific questions or if you'd like me to give you my profile format in code so you can replicate it I'd be glad to help!
