oi,i was finally able to go Christmas shopping tonight.. i spent over $300 ^^;;.. but its all done!
and in the talk of kitties.. growing up, i had a cat named Morris. he was a stray cat that adopted my parents XD when my mom was pregnant with me, he would always lay on her tummy XD when i was born, he only wanted to sleep in my room XD
he passed away when i was about 9 and i havent had a cat since (my dad actually doesnt like cats.. but he loved morris).
but my housemate has a cat that i spoil XD i even got HIM a christmas gift XD

I still have loads of shopping to do. I'm having a christmas/birthday party and I've gotta buy christmas presents for all of my friends who are comming.

and now.. off to bed.. today was REALLY busy.. ^^;;
lunch with the teacher i TA'd for from 11-12, lab hours for that TA job from 12-2, then my other job from 2-7 (which went till 7:30), then shopping from 8-10:30.. then present wrapping till 11ish..now finally at home XD...so i've been nonstop for 12 hrs XD
*is thankful she goes on vacation this weekend for 3 weeks XD*

*backtracks to pet talk* I've gone through my share of cats. My first cat was a tortise [sp] shell colored tabby names Spice. She had a sister named Sugar that was my brother's cat. Spice didn't act like a cat and seemed more like a dog. One day, she went outside and behind the barn and never came back. Then there was the black male that I named (how original) Black. Once he found out what females were, he abandoned me and disappeared too. My latest one is Sir Galahad. My mom named him and his brothers all lordly G names. xd Galahad is a grey tabby and the biggest wuss I've ever seen. He's as big as a maincoon [sp] and nothing but muscle. But everything scared him, or it could be the fact that I'm not home anymore.
My other kitty was Orcus. He was an orange tabby who used to sit on a stack of dvds by the computer when I was done with HS early. I taught him to pat me whenever he wanted attention and he was the best cat I had. But while we were at Gettysburg, PA during the 4th of July, he was attacked by a stray bull dog (I had told my g-parents and parents NOT to let him out). My Orcus, the God of Death. crying
But I get to finally go home and see my Galahad and I hope to take him to the vet and get all of his stuff done and possibly bring him back with me, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Eskaatjuh: I haven't gotten my SS present yet, either. *pats reassuringly* I like to think it's because someone is thinking up something REALLY special for me. wink
*lol* My son is going to be such a couch potato... he's watching Dora the Explorer while I eat breakfast and type this. And he's only six months old. Poor kid. He's doomed to be a nerd like his parents. sweatdrop
