"Physical Attributes: Physical Attributes, such as speed or strength, may only be increased slightly or moderately. Skills with weapons also falls amongst this section. Physical attributes that are increased 'moderately' must have a valid reason for being so, otherwise another physical attribute must take a 'slightly' penalty."
You fixed one of my points, but not the other. The modifier "slightly" must be included in your personal attribute if you're looking at increasing something physically. My personal opinion, since health isn't really a number in this guild, would be to increase your chakra or stamina. You can increase one of them up to 20, or both by 10. That's up to you though. Regardless, the "slightly" modifier is required.
Also, there is no way to increase the number of activations you can have per post. You may increase your speed "slightly", or "moderately" at the cost of something else, but you may not use more than three jutsu per post.
I think that's it though. =) |

The moment she was born, Nakita was dumped on the doorsteps of the orphanage. Growing up, she was always the good one. The first few years of her life, she didn't cry nor complain when something happened. She always cared for others and try to look out for them. In her mid teens, Nakita remained in the orphanage, told stories to the kids and was more than happy to help the staff out to tend to the children. Sadly, the time was cut short when she was enrolled in the academy, but whenever she can, she would leave her new housing home to be able check in on the orphanage and to make sure everyone was doing well.
One day, when she was walking towards the orphanage and didn't bother to survey her surroundings as she was trained to do, she was almost buried alive. Since then, she had nightmares and a massive fear of being buried alive. To this day, she still didn't know who attacked her.

It's almost there! You've just got a couple problems with your Personal Attributes.
1. "Learning Bonuses: learning bonuses must target one specific section of jutsu such as: Ninjutsu, Eiseijutsu, Bukijutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu. They may only be allowed a -1 bonus with one exception: -2 may only be obtained if another section suffers a loss of +1. Or uses a creative way to get the -2. No higher than -2 can ever be obtained via Personal Attributes. "
So in order to have your -2 to Medical techniques, you must have a +1 in another category, or be very creative and convince me why you should have 2. Otherwise, it can only be -1.

How our system works is that each rank is split into 6 parts, for physical attributes. According to our rules, the most you can have is a "slightly" modifier, which is 1/6 of a rank, or a "moderately" modifier, which is 2/6, at the cost of another physical attribute. So you may be "slightly" faster than average for her current rank, but not a whole rank higher. You can gain more modifiers from learning Taijutsu and Bukijutsu.
3. Also, I noticed you didn't have a weapon. You are permitted to start with one weapon, if you choose. Otherwise you will have to buy it in character.
Fix these things then let me know. =) |

• Eternal Partners - The user is able to nurture, grow, and bond with a single animal, almost becoming an animal themselves with traits, characteristics, and natural weaponry. This single animal will be exactly the same at the user's level in chakra and stamina pool, and able to manipulate any two elements, perform 3 activations a post (max of 2 offensive), and gaining +8 jutsu slots a rank. For every rank the user increases, they can claim a trait associated with their chosen animal (communicate with species, natural weaponry, senses, ect) to be approved in the custom jutsu thread, and add it to their character.
• Mystic Hero - The user is much like a hybrid warrior, focusing on mixing ninjutsu into their personal arsenal. Through their great devotion to this path the user can cast ninjutsu without hand seals while wielding a weapon, D at gennin, C at chunnin, B at Jounin, A at Konin, and S at Sannin. These techniques maintain the same description and criteria to use, as well as require the same amount of time to mold the chakra through the weapon as would be needed to perform hand seals, meaning the techniques are not instantaneously cast. The user’s spirit is so strong, that they can utilize their physical bukijutsu techniques to negate ninjutsu techniques of the same rank or below.

xxxx Being deaf had help her gain slight increases. There are two noticeable ones. Her vision cortex of the brain had expanded and colonize small percentage of where her auditory cortex would be. Because of that, her reaction time is slightly better than the hearing shinobi. Her skin is much more sensitive so she can pick up vibrations. If in a room and someone was talking, her skin would alert her of the weak vocal vibration and let her know someone was talking
• Ninjutsu learner - Hakanai gains +5 ninjutsu slots. Lilja gain +5 ninjutsu as well.
• Cat eyes - She already have sharp canines like a cat however, her nails can retreat as a snow leopard claws and is strong as one. Not easily chipped off like a human nail. When angered, her eye changes into icy blue cat pupils.
• Shared Voices - While Hakanai cannot speak for herself, both Hakanai and Lilja had developed to be able to speak to each other in minds. Lilja had also gained human like vocal cords so Lilja can speak like a human and sometimes act as an interpreter for Hakanai. Sometimes.

Born profound deaf in both ears, the parents were worried to how their daughter become a shinobi. At first, they raised her as a normal civilian but when the child had reached to a certain age, she discovered that she wasn't being raised to be a shinobi. Stubborn, she didn't take no as an answer so the parents had simply caved in and trained her in the way of the shinobi. She had learned how to use vibrations around her and quick observant of her eyes to help her aid in becoming of a shinobi.
Ten years ago, Hakanai ran from home and escaped the village for a bit. She just wanted to breath. She wanted to be treated like others but it was hard to come by. She felt like something was wrong. The pale female went in search only to find a beautiful Snow Leopard kitten, left there to die. Hakanai heart went out to the kitten as she took it and raised it. She even trained it to remain wild like so the kitten can grow up to be an independent adult, she would be able to free it to the wild. At age two, Hakanai had tried to abandoned the adult Snow Leopard but she refused to leave Hakanai. It was then she finally named her new best friend, Lilja. Broken hearted, the family had moved to Kumo and switched their loyalty to the Kumogakure. The family was never the same since it was destroyed. Even the young Hakanai and Lilja. They were bitter to what happened and had kept cold hearts since then along with her parents. They soon died of natural causes. Hakanai changed her last name after their deaths to remove the relation to them. |

Blissful Daeva Tao-Benshin Okay! It looks good except for one issue. Having a bloodline means you can only have two Personal Attributes.
I applaud you for having a deaf character! I had a mute one, but that was as far as I chanced it, and he grew out of it. xD I don't have a problem with your attribute to make up for it, but I'm going to ask about it.
In the meanwhile, decide which two you would like to keep. Or let me know if there was some sort of exception that I missed.

Personality: Headstrong and reckless are probably the two best words to describe Karleen. For such a young female, Karleen is pretty brave, facing situations others would naturally be scared of without working up a sweat. She believes that life is too brief to be a coward, so she isn't. Despite her reckless nature, Karleen is pretty smart, and it isn't uncommon of her to work out her strategies mid-battle, showing that her mind is fairly good at multitasking and staying on track, even in difficult situations. Karleen is also an optimist; able to keep her morals high in sad or even near-impossible situations. Karleen was born to a family of farmers who lived outside Kumogakure for varying reasons among the family members. The family lived peacefully and happily for a long time, staying to themselves and only going in to the main village in order to sell the foods they grew and made themselves. Then trouble happened, the whole family, except Karleen who was small enough to hide away from their attackers, was killed when a bandit group decided to pillage and kill everyone on the farm. After the slaughter, some ninjas were sent to investigate the lack of food from the farm the the village; thinking that the farmers were holding out on the village. What they came to find was a small and scared Karleen, dehydrated and hungry and scared, hiding in a cubbie under the house. Karleen lived the rest of her childhood inside the village, learning to eventually accept and move past her family's death. |
