Eclipsed: Download Spybot Search & Destroy and Microsoft Antispyware. The first can be gotten at download.com or majorgeeks.com while the second can be found at microsoft.com . Install them both and get everything ready to scan, but don't scan yet. Reboot your computer into safe mode. If you don't know how, when your computer boots up and you see the manufacturer logo (not the windows logo), you can press F8 and it'll send you to a boot menu. Press F8 a few times while the company logo is shown though, just to make sure it goes through. Just normal Safe mode will suffice. Run your scans twice each. I know, sounds like it'll take forever to complete, but it's worth it. After your scans are done, reboot again and let it start up normally. Then go to the firefox extensions list and search for Adblock. Download that into firefox and restart firefox. You can then configure that extension to block any ad or popup from even being displayed, depending on addresses that you enter into the list. I suggest you add these, but you can always remove some, and definitely add others in later.Quote: *triblalfusion* *burstnet* *casalemedia* *googlesyndication* *yieldmanager* *fastclick* *2mdn.net* *mediaplex.com* *revenuescience.overture.com* *atdmt.com* *advertising.com* http://ad.deviantart.* dvlabs.com* ads.digitalpoint* *ypn-js.overture.com* The asterisks are wild cards, meaning anything (meaning embedded ad on a web page, or window itself) that has the exact string of characters shown, plus any extras with the wild card, will not appear at all whatsoever. I can't tell you how long it's been since I've seen an ad on a webpage. :3
EDIT: God I love being a techy. >w<

Thank you Alex ^_^ I've been doing everything in safe mode(and it still isn't removing some of the stuff *twitches*) but I'll go download the programs you recommended right now ^-^
I started using some of the programs the sticky mentioned in the C&T forum. Apparently some of the stuff I got rid of yesterday is still running stressed
I'll be back in a bit everyone biggrin
Thanks again so much Alex <3

I'm so incredibly bored. I want to play towns, so I can catch bugs and crush them gruesomely into inks to dye things with. And I'm in a drawing mood, but Alex won't tell me what he'd like me to draw him. The shop needs a dress with big freakin bows on it.

Jenannen We had a long line too, my parents wanted to invite people from like all the wards they've ever been in... sweatdrop After the line was over Hubby and I danced, then Dad wanted a dance with me (Butteryfly Kisses) and Hubby and I had another dance. We cut the cake, did the boquet and garter tossses, and left in the car that his friends has so kindly covered in seran wrap and baby powder. They also put spray cheese under the door handles.
I still had to go out. Hubby didn't want to stay in the room. He's an outdoorsy person and he wasn't going to stay inside. *lol* Your parents sound like mine. I think what I heard most that day was "I'm a patient of your dad's." He invited everyone he's seen more than once or twice! xd We did a bouquet toss (in fact, I have a hilarious picture of me having just pretended to throw it, with everyone leaping for a bouquet that is still in my hand) but the garter thing kind of seemed weird/creepy to both of us, so we skipped it. Hubby's siblings decorated our car with car-safe paint and filled it with balloons and little wedding-y knickknacks (a pair of plastic wedding bells, stuff like that). We actually left the paint on until the honeymoon was almost over. We got some really funny looks on the freeway, though. *lol*
Belated: Yay! Gaia is back!!

Rabid Chihuahua: I'm sorry. I usually just hang out in guilds so I don't have too many problems with No0bs.
cardi: I hope I'm at least half way done with Christmas shopping. I still haven't written/sent any cards yet, but we found some with "meows" on them, that made my daughter happy.
I so wish the shopping was over!
Kimi: *laughs* Aren't parents great when it comes to weddings? I really had just wanted to elope but... yeah. Since I made the boquet I made it so that after I took off the ribbon it was in three sections (an idea I'd gotten from a photographer at a wedding I'd done flowers for). It was supposed to go to three differnt girls. The oldest of my two sisters caught two sections though, and the third was caught by one of my best frineds. Ironically it was my littlest brother (12 years younger) who caught the garter. *laughs*
Well I had told my sister that I didn't want stuff all over my dress, so they were nice to the car. But his friends decided to trash it. I didn't care so much what they did to the car as what I didn't want all over my dress. The car was on it's last leg and it just had to last me until we got married then I was planning on donating to whatever... there's a place that takes used cars. Anyway my Grandma decided to sell it for me (LONG story).
Miri: The drawing's cute, and I'm up from my nap now, but now I don't know if anyone's online.
