How much would it cost me to have a very special character made in a very specific pose?

Say this as the character.


And this as the pose.


May I have four wings, as in the picture, with the upper set being black, and the lower set being white? And would it be possible to add armor to the body as well? Which ever armor that you want, as long as it doesn't conflict with the over all shape of the body. Also, if you could, could you make it so that the armor is either black, or a dark grey, with a golden trim?
