Cody did stick out his hand for a handshake, making it official that their problem was over, unless of course, Jack refused. Then it would just keep going until he changed his mind.

Adie sat silently, a rather angered look on her face as she thought about just going back to the base for now. There was no way she could have fun if people were just going to fight the whole time and perpetuate the bad blood between them. It was enough to send a fresh wave of anger through her chest. Glancing over, she saw Reaper, giving him a small wave, though it was clear that she was not being her usual self.
Cody motioned for her to come back, and so she stood, Houndour walking in front of her, growling lowly as the pair neared the group.
"Are we both ready to act mature," she said in a serious tone, crossing her arms across her chest as she looked between Cody and Jack.

Sammy watched Jack leave, chuckling a bit. She was glad that they could finally be friends. "So, what's up," she asked Cody and Adie.

"We're fine," he said, wanting so badly to hold her hand. It would at least tell him that everything was alright between them. Everything was fixed. Cody and Jack seemed fine. Cody and Sammy seemed fine. But Adie... He worried about her and how she felt about him now. All he had wanted to do was end the fight, but she didn't seem to see it that way. "Are-" he stopped, figuring the timing on that question was probably bad.
Turning to Sammy, he responded, "Same old same old?" he said in a questioning manner. Her question was fairly random, seeing as how she had just witnessed everything that seemed to be "up" at the moment.

Sammy could tell, obviously, that Cody and Adie needed to talk alone... Plus she was tired, anyway. "Well, I'm hittin' the hay... Cody, if you see Skylar, don't hit him... I want first shot. Oh! And don't forget to talk about kids~" she chuckled, walking off to the place she would sleep.

*crawdaunt comes up to reaper and says* Crawdaunt: "I want to go on training mission now!!!" "OK but wait and see if cody and/or adie want to come too ok?"
Crawdaunt: "OK cool." Kadabra: "Can I come too, just to watch?" Reaper: "OK you can come too."

"You're a riot," he joked at Sammy. The discussion of kids was not on his priority list right now. He just needed to make sure everything was ok between them. It was his one and only priority.
((Reaper, we've got direct orders from Ike to stay here. The TRP would have to be somewhere close just in case anything were to happen to the museum.))

As he said that they were fine now, she visibly relaxed, her arms falling to either side as she stooped, picking up Houndour to pull the pokemon into a rather tight hug. The pokemon gently licked her cheek as she looked between Sammy and Cody, seeing the discussion starting between them. She was not so angry anymore - it was amazing how quickly her mood could change when it came to drama. She was used to dealing with it and moving on.
"What were you going to ask," she said suddenly to Cody, looking him dead in the eye as she gently tilted her head to the side in an inquiring manner. Her curiosity was getting the best of her it seemed.

"Are... we ok?" he asked but quickly corrected himself. "Not like there was anything between us to begin with. I mean, unless you thought there was. I mean, I'm completely ok with that, it's just that-" He sighed and let what was on his mind come naturally. "Of course, you know that I really like you, but I didn't mean 'we' as a relationship thing. I just don't want tonight's happenings to push us apart or break something that could possibly be in the future." It was so much easier to talk to her when he just let his thoughts come out, no matter what they were. "More than anything else, I want things between us to be the same as they were before any of this ever happened."

Adie looked at him as he asked his question, her eyes shifting down to the ground as he started on his little rant of questions. She tried to keep a serious look on her face, though as he spoke, saying how much he liked her, a small shade of pink came to her lips, a smile cracking through her attempt at a tough exterior.
"Cody, we're fine. I'll admit, I was a little upset at how immature you both were acting, but I understand what you were trying to do. I really like you too, and as much as I hate to admit it, I want whatever is going on between us to work. Just don't.....don't snap like that again, ok?" She stepped forwards, reaching out and gently taking his hand on her own, giving it a little squeeze as her eyes looked into his. She had always been a forgiving person, especially when it came to men, and that was never more apparent than right now.

*reaper remembers the last of his rainbowblocks and pulls it out and throws it out in the middle of him* "Which non talking pokemon of mine wants to be able to talk?" *kadabra and crawdaunt stands by while the rest tries to get rainbowblock and a fight cloud appears over the rainbowblock*

"I won't. I promise," he said softly, squeezing her hand back softly and turning a little red. "I-" he stopped again. He couldn't get the words out. He tried again, but instead, nothing came out except a small sigh. If you say it, things will start to come naturally again. Then everything will be easier. He kept telling himself, but it didn't work. No matter how hard he tried, things weren't coming naturally anymore. Every thought in his mind was a blur. He had to think of something fast before anything drastic or uncalled-for happened.

Adie saw his turn a little red, once more starting to say something before cutting himself off, disappearing into his own thoughts once more. Her mind wandered to what he could have been trying to say. Houndour wiggled in her arm, jumping down to the ground and turning like she was going to walk back to camp. Adie smiled at Cody, tilting her head to the side as if asking him to finish what he was saying when Houndour suddenly rammed her head into the back of Adie's knee, causing her to fall forwards with a startled yelp. Thankfully, she fell right into Cody's arms, looking up at him with a soft laugh. Houndour was going to get it for that later...
"S-sorry," she stammered, her cheeks burning as she was sure her face erupted into a shade of scarlet they had never gone before.
