So, I was told you guys wont bite and there will be free muffins?
Also, I was wondering what countries would you recommend for two new players to join, as I'm joining with a friend of mine. On top of that, if the kage is inactive, there is no co-kage and I can't seem to find this Village Applicant Thread, what should I do to join said country. Ex: Oto's kage hasn't posted in months, there is no co-kage or applicant thread, and I'm not familiar with who I should or shouldn't talk to if I were to choose that country.

I recommend giving Konoha a look. I'm between classes right now but I don't have enough time to answer your other questions at the moment so I'll get to those tonight.

Well Kiri just started only has one academy student at the moment.
As for Oto Hedpefan is currently running it.

@Nura- No problem, I appreciate it. @Gideon- I'll keep that mind, kiri is a favorite of ours but we've also spent years RPing in that location in other guilds so can't honestly say we're to keen on continuing. Quick question for whoever has the ability to answer this. On custom jutsu/items is there a limitation/requirement for creating them beyond leveling beyond level 5? I noticed that ranks determine how many jutsu you can learn but does that pertain to customs as well? And finally what determines the rank limit of your created jutsu: Your rank, level or simply your/mod discretion of what is feasible for your character. Thank you for whoever answers this, that should be all the clarification I need for all of your rules and will be making a profile later since my graduation post is already done. Edit: Oh, I lied. One little curiosity about the death system in this guild: Should you die, what happens? Some guilds have an afterlife but you seem to lack, so I assume you get a new character but is it completely fresh character or do you get a sum / percentage of what your dead character had and are admitted to making a new one with said points? Edit2: Lied for the umpteenth time, noticed certain countries have lesson plans for their academy students, is it optional to do... Everything while in the academy, including all extra credit despite the country you join? Or only at the the at the discretion of whoever is in charge.

What you're looking at is actually the number of jutsu you start with when starting at certain ranks. With any character you can as many jutsus as you want, as long as you meet the requirements of course. When it comes to custom jutsu I want to say there's a limit but I'm not entirely sure. It isn't generally suggested you make, say an A-Ranked jutsu when you character is a Student, as you may never reach that level. In regards for death, it's only allowed if permission is given by the owner of said character, otherwise a character cannot die. Now if you were to say that you character can die, then that's okay and he'll be treated as such. While I've been here we haven't really experienced a character death to be honest haha. Generally speaking you need to learn the jutsu to pass the Genin Exams, which vary by nation. Now special circumstances may be made for the second or third character of someone who's been doing this for a while. However that is up to the invidual village leader.

Hello everybody. I just want to give a quick announcement. I am going to be a lot less active the next couple months because my computer just practically destroyed itself. Again. I will try to get on at least once a day but, that is all I can promise until I get a new computer. You're probably wondering what I'm using right now and that answer is another computer in my household that is a highly trafficked computer.
