MerDefsGirl The earth is moving, subject isn't, whether it's moving around the sun or straight through space is of little relevance because of the small amount of time frozen. 64,800 miles per hour. Instant relative acceleration. Yes, it's relevant. But only if you decide to include it.

That they have confirmed that stars move in relation to each other, that the galaxy spins on an axis just like a solar system and a planet, and that other galaxies move in relation to each other as well. I didn't bring up a big bang, I brought up a relative speed in relation to another object that we know to be moving.

Flightless Butterfly Three is a prime number, but too close to how the polarity of the planet is distributed. I'd say your magic number is probably five. ...Derp? I said three because the intersection of three spheres, where their centers are not collinear, is always two points or no points. Choose centers in the earth so that you get the two-point kind of intersection, then pick one of the intersection points. If you stay at this point, you don't have to worry about anything. You'll move through space with the earth, and rotation is irrelevant--as the Earth rotates, so does the array of points inside it. Time magic problem, solved. One of them, anyway.

themightyjello So anyways... I think I've decided that the next character I make is going to be a centaur. Because seriously... don't see any of those around, do you? That way you can run someone through with your sword, trample them into the dirt and then leave them a few road apples before trotting off. Cause you know, like horses, Centaurs just go where ever they please. rofl

That's barbaric. My centaur will wear clothes like any civilized person.

Then if you decide to use the center of the galaxy as your frame of reference.......... eek
I think any time magician should have to know the greatest possible frame of reference. That would end all characters with control of time. The way time is moved so much around, the gods must automatically compensate for what we don't know and set us in the right spot, or else Gaia would no longer be a part of... infinity.

I wanna make some interesting and distinct characters, too. Stuff you don't see all the time.
What else is uncommon, especially in the combat rings?
Might make a minotaur.

Dwarves, Minotaur, Centaur, Dryads, Spider Monsters, anything else ugly and not good for character interaction really.

Unsung Warrior Evil: Anything else interesting happen after I left? I went outside and swam and did some stair-climbing exercises, then nearly passed out, literally. Too much exertion too quickly, lol. It was scary. xD As far as gaming goes, nothing to note. I only woke up an hour ago after taking a nap because I didn't wanna fall out. =/

Lavelle Esculentus Centaurs are barbaric. But anyway... How do you clothe a horses a**? *edit* Very carefully. ...that would be my stock response to something like this but I think you'd probably have to go with more drapery than something like pants where you'd have to slip the legs through. Like how horses for jousting matches were sometimes dressed up with cloths that were basically a sheet thrown over it with a neck hole. Wearing a type of skirt over the back would be one way of going about it, otherwise a loincloth might work. But I'd imagine since pants and any wrapping on the legs would be a hassle it'd probably be best to wear coverings on the back, flanks, and such areas rather than form-fitting clothes.
