After 100 laps Kai went home.
After a long rest, Kai was back in his training grounds. Starting on strength training, Kai this time began training his legs and kicking a tree repeatedly with his shiny shiny boots that were in fact not that shiny anymore... after all, they had ran about 500 laps in total already... and there would be a lot more to go. Kai was determined to have something to do.
He kicked the tree more and thought about how Mawagi could train.
((strength training = +11, strength mod. Um... 15 = 15 minutes, 20 = half an hour, 25 or above = 45 minutes))
((con training = +10, con mod... 15 = 50, 20 = 75, 25 = 100 laps))

Kiater frozed in her place, thirty minuites?, she thought, that's incrediable. "I'm sorry", she said not moving, and putting a visiable layer of chakra on the bottom of her feet, she walked on top of the water of the lake and managed to get half way over. I'm horriable, she thought, I can't get that good. She swam back to shore, and stood up.

After fousing some of her chakra onto her feet, forming a layer of chakra, and steping onto the water, Kiater walked about three quarters of the lake before loosing her balace and falling into the water. She swam back to the shore and walked to the lake's edge. Getting ready to do it again.

Kiater got ready to try the water walking tequene again by channeling some chakra onto the bottom of her feet. She walked slowely onto the water careful not to lose her balance, she got farther than before but still fell into the water. She was close to the other side now. She swam back to shore and sat under the shade of a tree, ninty-degrees in front of her sensei and watched him. The next time, I'll get it, she thought.

"Yes sir", Kiater said getting up after awhile of rest. This time I'll get it anyways, she thought. She walked to the lake's edge and channeled some of her chakra onto the bottom of her feet creating a visiable layer. She walked slowely onto the water, carefully, to keep her balance. She walked to the other end of the lake and stood there for a momenet. Finished, she thought with a sigh of relief.

As he enters the forest he walks to the old tent he has on the edge of the fire country and takes sit on front of it. "I wonder, what I'm doing wrong, I been trying my best to make some progress but it seems like I am still too far away from everyone..." He looks at the tree he been hitting with his whole body and shakes his head. "Maybe I should just give up"
