What exactly was Lina's and Ishira's past before the current storyline came into play? I have to know so I can incorporate everyone's story with what I'm planning.

After showing up Lina more or less just ended up training whenever she bumped into Reeve. Occasionally she'd stick around the dojo or else go wandering off to hunt for random artifacts and such, only two of which came up, due to both being cursed. She showed a few minor things to Nek and Reeve that were more magic / Seals then ninja arts.
Her memories unscrambling bit by bit meant she spent a lot of time working on her weird door seal stuff, at first thinking she was inventing said sealwork from scratch till all the technology showing up released a memory block. After that she placed entry seals in several places like Durem and I think it was a joke, but she had said something about using an island for an emergency exit.
For the most part she kept to herself due to her memories being scrambled since arriving, if not longer. She invented the Rai Skates during a training test with Neko. Had a serious fight with him like once, which ended badly for both of them. She was always pissed at Tutsumi, but somehow always ended up in the sidelines during the fights against posessed him even if she was around for them.
Any information from before her arrival at the GNA would seem like it was about someone else entirely considering even Ishira was confused at how Lina was acting and looking upon showing up.

So would it be plausible that Lina met certain people before and that she wouldn't be able to remember that?
Also, what's Reeve and Dalcons' story?

As long as they were older then around 100 or 200 years I suppose. I don't really know how long ago it was for since Ishira but that's what I assumed, and by extension Hax herself assumed about how long it had been since Hax 'left' .
For Reeve and Dalcon, I don't really know all that much honestly. I've got bits and pieces, but I didn't exactly review them as much in my notes.

All i really know about Reeve and Dalcon was that they are father and son and in order to gain power Dalcon went to Neko for it. Reeve has some history with Neko which involves Neko putting a kill switch in him but thats all...
Ishis H3xs sister and in turn Linas sister but they really only met once before the academy i think
