Right now, Jim Roark has the Robert Kane Memorial Bridge (Gotham side) and is working on taking Old Gotham. He's going to either kill anyone already there, or convert them to his side.

Freeze is by the Finger River, I've got a character in a residential area just north of there holed up in an apartment complex, and another that's claimed the Clocktower. The factory district is where the freaky main mutant baddies are at. Wayne Tower is claimed by most of the civilians and protected by the GCPD. Those are the only ones I know.
I actually had a place in mind for where Firefly could be. I imagined Old Gotham. Nobody's messing with Old Gotham it seems. I could definitely see a ton of historical buildings constantly smouldering.

Maybe Jim and Firefly could work together for a while? Who knows? Jim has been off his meds for the last. . . three months, now? And who knows how well the spirits he contacts will react to Garfield.

Hmm, let me just pull out my handy dandy Gotham Map and see what I can take here. I got it! I'm taking Blackgate. Firefly will be pissed about never being put with the A-listers. So he's gonna take revenge on his usual quarters and turn it into his own Arkham.

Nightmare ran into his bed room then ran out dressed as a matedor, he then stopped and took off the hat "why do they have mickey mouse ear hats?" Shrugging he swished the cap, which was a giant blow up picture of Kara and Barbara kissing "oh ley!"

Robert controls the Factory District with an army of mutants, Nightmare controls Gotham University, Ivy controls the Park, Two-Face controls the court area, and Killer Croc controls the docks.

Based on my posts Ivy had expanded her terrority to 51, 56, 36, 40, 39, 38, 37.
Swamp Thing owns Gotham Park. Remember? He got to it before her. Her territory is also "growing" along the borders of his.
Me: *takes a scalding hot shower* So much Dragon Semen! Why don't you clean up after you rub one out Nightmare?!
Ivy lays in a giant Tulip, calming herself down.
Paul went over to Lois. "She probably was responsible for the 2% decrease in Metropolis."
