He posted in the Training Fields in the Cloud first then went to the Raikage's office....I think he was sort of clueless like MQuinn said.

PLEASE don't do that in the future. I expect everyone here to conduct themselves nicely to new members. He just seemed a little confused to how the whole thing works. I know a few members who where the same way when they joined and they are now QUITE active and QUITE awesome.
