Kisara was at her desk, grading yesterday's assignment.

Travis worked the other problems in his head and wrote down the answers.

Travis finished the assignment and turned his paper so Hanabi could read the answers.

"Thanks," Hanabi said. She quickly jotted down the rest of the answers. Just as she finished, the bell ending first period rang.
"Turn in your assignments before you leave. We will continue to work on systems of equations tomorrow in class," Kisara said as the students began to stand up and move around desks.
Hanabi got up and turned her desk and chair around. Her desk and chair felt really light now that she was stronger.

"You gonna be okay?" Travis asked Hanabi quietly as he got up to turn his assignment in.

"I think so," Hanabi replied quietly. She picked up her assignment and backpack. Then she walked over to Kisara's desk and set down her assignment on the growing pile of assignments.

Hanabi walked out into the hall. She went over to Travis and asked, "Hey, can I have your cell phone number? Just in case I need anything or want to say hi."

Hanabi pulled out her cell phone and put down his number in her cell phone's book. "Okay, thanks," she said as she finished. Then she asked, "Want mine?"
