Elena drew a small smirk upon her features as he spoke. His comment about him looking good in them was quite funny. A tipical thing for him to say. "I can't disagree with that, I guess. " Her smirk soon faded as her expression was fixed with a more serious one. "..I haven't seen Reno for a while. I am guessing he's hanging out with Tifa, as for Rude. It's no suprise that I haven't seen him much ether! " She sighed, shakeing her head. It was good to be talking to one of her old partners, seeing as she never had Reno or Rude to talk with. Tseng, she had problems talking to, maybe she still had those feelings for him hidden, which was why she always got nervous when he was ever around her. "Tseng I have not seen ether..Rufus, he just disappeared. I thought about going to search for him but.....I wouldn't know where to start."

She paused. "I was starting to feel as though I lost all my Turk friends, and here I find you. Thank goodness for that!"

"You are in luck, Running into me before them! You'd get your ears chewed off by Reno, Rude is well...quiet. Tseng is to bossy and as for Rufus, where ever that man may be..He was just annoying." She grinned again, speaking in a sivalized tone, not to loud, but not to soft ether. She didn't want anyone else hearing if they were indeed lurking and watching them.It didn't matter if they did hear though, She always talked like this about them. However, as for Null. He was just right. He didn't tell her to shut up, and he took her seriously.


Elena raised an eyebrow, Looking at him questioningly. "You didn't bring your weapons? Even I always carrie mine! One thing you should never do, especially over here, is leave them behind. There are still a lot of people here in Midgar that dislike us.." She shrugged finally."But whatever, Your idea sounds okay to me. "

A large cat-like human with saffron fur races through Macalania Forest, leaping from tree to tree, being chased by an insectoid fiend. "Come on! Can't you keep up?" A shimmer pokes out as the man draws a rapier from its scabbard. The man twists himself around, to face the fiends, kicks off a tree, and jabs the rapier into the insectoid fiend's torso. He pulls his rapier out of the body, sheathes it, and backflips off it. Landing quite aways from the beaten path, the man turned, to find the biggest behemoth king he'd ever seen. He offered an uneasy smile, and was rammed by the behemoth king, sending him flying backwards through the air...

...and into the outside wall of Null's apartment, near the door. How he'd gotten there was an apparent mistery, having appeared in midair moments before the impact.

Elena jumped back the moment the man slammed into the wall of Nulls apartment on the outside. In her hand was her handy pistol. She didn't point it at him though, instead kept it extra close. He looked completely out of it, was he even alive? She slowly inched her way closer,prodding at his shoulder with the barrel of her gun.

"I think he's a little out of it right now. " Elena reached out with a free hand, and set two fingures upon his neck to check for a pulse. "..Still breathing.."

Null put the pistol in the holster, but kept the katana erect. "Is he, or it, going to be ok? And what is he?" Null continued to stare at the man on the ground, and prodded him with the end of his katana a few times. "Dosn't look like anything I've seen around here."

The man's tail twitched at the noise, and he sneezed, a small amount of dirt flying out of his nose, but it seemed he was still out cold.

Elena shook her head. She was tempted to pull his tail, but as to where it was, she thought against doing it. She was more then odded out. A catlike...human,thing..passed out infront of them. The young women pulled his ears yet again. "I don't know! It looks real! I mean, I cant budge these things off even the slightest....I think it is real....But how..?!"

She looked around, thinking. "Cat's hate water...Maybe..." She pulled out a small vial of potion and poured the contents onto him. Maybe it would wake him?

"Well, what is you're proffession that demands such caution, eh whiskers?" Null still held his katana firmly, but slowy dropped it to a resting postion.
