Normally I would make "Happy Fourth of July" posts and what not... but this year... I just don't feel like making celebratory posts with how things have been lately. talk2hand

I think too it's hard to feel celebratory when all of the events I used to go to for the holiday are no longer being held. So... aside from watching the firework show on TV and doing my work's BBQ festivities, there's not really anything going on for me to look forward to now. sad

My mood has improved a bit after attending Coffee Talk. I definitely needed it after being frustrated with yesterday's events at work and finding errors my co-worker did this morning. *sighs* Trying not to let it bother me so much... or at least not dominate my thoughts for so long... but still hard to do.

I really hope my resident's ride ends up showing up today. I really don't want to call the clinic to say the resident can't make it when I promised they would be able to make it... and I have proof on the transportation's site there is supposed to be one. Especially after the attitude I got yesterday because of the issues with the transportation.

Whew! Glad to know there is indeed someone coming to pick up the resident. I was starting to get concerned when no one was showing up within the standard window time.
Apparently, the driver originally assigned for the ride didn't realize they were working today. So, they had to scramble to get another driver assigned. Thankfully they aren't that far away.

Thank goodness they arrived! It'll be a close call for their first appointment... but hopefully it'll be okay. At least I don't have to deal with the other clinic. Still hurt by how that one staff member reacted to my voicemail.

What’s the maximum amount of time your character can sit still with nothing to do?It depends on what she's done prior. If she's sitting after a lot of spell casting and adventuring, she'll be able to sit still for quite some time, just resting. But if she hasn't done anything, she might be a bit more fidgety wanting to go do something.

How easy is it for your character to laugh?Oh, she's pretty good spirited, so it's easy for her to amuse herself.
