It's amazing how many secutiry guards let you pass when you just so happen to find them hot right after they deny you access... You'd think by now they'd have some sense.

I've seen it a ton of times.
A random group will need to get into a place they're not allowed to accomplish a given goal.
The leader of the group will demand to be let through and whatever, and maybe another or more will say the same, but the guard preventing their access will always turn them down.
Then, outta nowhere, one of the girls in the group suddenly finds the guard attractive and flirts with him and he's sweet-talked into letting them pass, and he doesn't seem to realize the girl only hit on him for that very reason, to let them through.

Females can be lesbians, and for gay guards just have a guy do the flirting.
The thing is, make your guards asexual. Only have guards that don't give a damn if they see the most erotic display ever. Any amount of flirting at that point would be doomed to fail, because they care about it one way or another to begin with.
Or, robot minions that can't be hacked/disabled/dented.
If all else fails, hire Crix Madine. NOBODY is getting past him.
