Yes, he's very cool, and yeah, Melty Blood. It's the closest match I can find to KB in a fighting game format. Since KB takes from Hellsing, Vampire Hunter D, and standard D&D stuff. Walachia blends all of those things together in a fighting game perfectly, as well the the overall insanity.
If only I could use the full breadth of KB's abilities in GTB.

As far as my understanding goes, he's a rumor so... he takes whatever form is the rumor circulating at any given time. I guess one of the more prominent ones is the vampire legend of Dracula, or whatever, which is why he comes out as the Night of Walachia. I haven't actually had anything to do with the series besides seeing a couple of the fights and some fanart.
That being said, he's got all the imagery of a vampire. xp
