I'm really looking forward to the ball; I missed the last one - there were things going on that kept me off Gaia during this time of year last time. I won't miss this one! blaugh

lol - well, that's only because i stripped my mule - i had sooo many letters from 05 and 06 (about 50 or 60), plus a couple of 04 letters, too. plus, i'm investing in items, instead of gold, so that the amount will go up, instead of just sitting there. i'm trying to decide what to do with this 300k now. i think i'm gonna sell this NM headband and buy more horns with the combined amount, and just let that inflate while i keep questing. 3nodding

[ Hiroko ] So! About Gaia Spirit Week. I'd @friends PM people, but seeing as how the scammers ruined that.... >____>; Well, at any rate, for those of you who are REALLY looking foward to GSW 2007, you're probably going to stalk either Ren or myself looking for updates anyways, so here it is!
Last year, Renaela and I hosted a little event we like to call "Gaia Spirit Week". It was loads of fun. And we made promises to a few people that we would revive the event the following year. Yus. So! Some of you have been extremely anxious about the prospect of Gaia Spirit Week 2007. Or at least, it'd seem that way, what with filling up my personal inbox and leaving little comments in my profile. XD;; Well, I'm really sorry to disappoint you guys, but you're going to have to wait just a little bit longer for Gaia Spirit Week.
BUT! That's not to say that we're cancelling the event. Renaela and I are still really excited about hosting the second annual GSW. It's just that, yanno, life gets in the way.
As it is, Ren and I hardly find time to sign online at the same time as eachother, let alone get all of our planning done. (Even though we've been in the "production" phase for a few months, the thread is only half completed.)
I, for one, am only able to sign online for three days a week - at most. I'm currently in my second semester at college, taking on a seventeen credit load (including two sciences) - all crammed into two fun-filled days of school. So that means on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I spend all of my waking hours at school. And I mean all. That also means I most likely end up spending all of Wednesday studying my butt off, preparing for my Thursday classes. And on top of that, I work from open to close on Fridays and Saturdays. x: And I know Ren's just as busy as me.
So yeah. Due to life getting in the way, we're pushing back GSW dates this year. We're looking at mid-March-ish, so keep your eyes peeled!
Also! Hopefully, the admins will re-enabled @friends again soon, so when they do, be sure you have the official Gaia Spirit Week mule, GSW, added to your friendslist for any updates on the GSW event.
