Square Enix is terrified to remake FF7, for fear that people won't like it as much as the original. On the plus side, FF7 has been out on Steam for a few weeks now, and it doesn't have the speed glitch in the motorcycle segments that the original PC port did.

I still wish I had gotten to see Pacific Rim in theaters. At this rate, only the DVD will be viewed by me. crying

*hugs on principle of being awesome and irresistable* Naw, still hoping the dinky little local theater will get it soon, but we did not get to it in the major theater. Just a film in the end, so not crying rivers. I will see it sooner or later.

I wouldn't know. Been a long time since a movie came out that I had to get . . . I think the last batman film I got on principle, and only watched it once. Too many feels.

Sometimes I forget how strict your college was, my friend. It seems that most of what I think to be useful diversions were outlawed by your education. Must have been rather boring there.

It honestly wasn't bad, as my time was full with studying and cultural events. Anime and the RPR were the only things I really missed.

And it's great that the RPR is still around, especially her captain. It may not be as active as it once was, but that could turn around if RPing in general has a revival.

My wife is wanting me to stick my head back into the place I chatted in before here- but that feels like a step backward.
