I don't know what to do anymore. The rash isn't really going away and it's been a week. Some of the rash looks really scary too. Some of it had actually went away and now has come back.
Oh and now he thinks he's found what he has on the internet. Lovely, this should be interesting.

Urgent care clinic. These clinics are everywhere, especially if you're in a major city, and they treat a whole host of conditions including rashes and skin infections that cannot wait to see a specialist. Just google it and your city and find one. If you end up needing a specialist then they'll likely help you find one who can see you sooner than three months. Drive to the sticks if you have to.
Or a teaching hospital, where you're likely to get oggled by students while the doctor pokes around, but you will get poked at by a doctor, and for cheaper.

Thanks for the tip. I know one time last year, we took Brian to an urgent care for some sort of flu illness. I know that Walgreen's also has some clinics in some of it's store. He's been doing an "experiment" on the rash. He put the hydrocortisone on one leg and didn't on the other. Today, the one without the cream looks way better. A friend recommended that he use triple antibiotic instead, so I think we may try that next.
Also, thanks to the anonymous benefactor that sent me a gift this morning heart

It's snowing here again. They were calling for only a few inches last i looked. But the inches continue to fall and it looks like it's a foot again.
Not sure how I feel about it.
Though my daughter looks splendid in her princess dress. Even though I hate everything that titles her such the dress up is kind of growing on me.

It's days like today when I wonder just what the hell is wrong with my internal systems. Ever since I had my gallbladder taken out in July (or was it August.. ), I've discovered that I can't drink more than maybe a few cans of soda a week. I usually drink the zero calorie stuff. It's not that, it's something to do with the carbonation. The last week or so, I've had a can or two a day.. usually with supper and holy moly, it's been bothering me today and yesterday. It gives me chest pains like AGH! It's something to do with the carbonation creating little gas pockets in my chest. When I went for the post surgery appointment, the doctor said he'd never had anyone have that happen to them. (issues drinking soda after a gallbladder removal)
If I sit here and drink a ton of water, it might help it loosen up a bit. God, I'm so weird. I wish I wasn't so weird sometimes.
Brian's rash seems to be getting better with the triple antibiotic, oatmeal baths, keeping his legs elevated but he'll be going back to work tomorrow where he's on his feet all day, so I'm sure it will start getting worse again.

Some guild managed to sweep the top 10 for the Original Entry Avatar Arena for last week. AVA is going apeshit. I wonder if this will finally prompt the admins to change the way it's set up.

Wow... how in the hell did they manage that? We know how impossible the AvA is. I doubt it will change anything. Linda, you and I know how the admins work and how slowly (if at all ) the wheels turn in the office unless it will earn them money.

Don't have any of you on AIM, probably because I don't use it that much. I mean, it loads on start-up, but the only people I use it to talk to are some friends from another forum.
If anyone wants it, though, it's AstrZombies.
As for another guild sweeping the AvA... I don't know whether I should be impressed, or ashamed. Maybe a bit of both.

To be fair, we had 115 entries, they had like 15. Their efforts were slightly different than ours. We were about the arena flood, not the 'steal the spotlight from anyone else.'

Yeah. And I guess a lot of our entries leaned to the obscure side too. Even with the growing prominence of comics in pop culture, I wouldn't expect Average Joe Gaian to recognize even half of the characters we submitted.

So maybe we have a challenge on our hands for the next week 52, huh? I guess we should be paying attention and taking notes. rofl

30 more minutes of ordering fake hairpieces for old ladies. Almost every call is a "sorry, this shade is sold out" which counts against my stats.
Oh well. I know I've got a Performance Notice for upsells.. again so I'll just work until they fire me. I can't upsell items that have 1: a crappy upsell or 2: sold out therefore nothing to upsell on.
Old ladies are serious about their fake hair. The ones that make me laugh are the old ones who sound like they're 100 years old ordering platinum blonde. xp
**edit**
Shift end stats (2 hour shift) Calls: 33 average call length 3:29 (a little high) that gives me 108 minutes talk time out of 1 hour 20 available. sheesh
