Amnity chuckled a bit. "White is blank? And you think gray is any better?.." She paused, looking out into the night sky, little sparkles of snow reflecting the small light emitting from the moon. "....And what about black? People think that it's so sad and depressing, the color of death, but it really isn't. It's...Calming, believe it or not." She looked over to him and smiled a bit. "Don't you think?"

"Black would have to be my second favorite color..." Zahzi said, scratching the back of his head.
"...Helps since it's best when trying to sneak up on someone..." he added with a wry smile.

Amnity laughed. "Of course, though black would be an appropriate color to wear in almost any occasion....Other then just stealth missions..." She paused. "...And weddings..."

"...And hospitals...And beaches...And deserts..." Zahzi began to list, trailing off.
"...Did you have any other questions..?"

Amnity got back on track, looking back down the street. "Oh right, um..." She thought for a minute, then thought of a good question. "What did you do when Ventrus took you in? What was your childhood like?"

Guardian....Hey Alice, isn't that what happened to you? You went crazy and narrowly escaped death. You found me and decided to become my "guardian". Melanie smirked and continued, But I was able to control you. I was stronger than you thought huh? That is correct. I was a part of the Saturn Project and you were stronger than I thought. Melanie stood up and patted the snow off her clothes. I tamed you, and you're not about to go crazy again. Melanie's eyes turned gold, her skin becoming paler, her lips turining redder.Or am I? She looked over the ledge of the roof, watching Amnity and Zazhi. She smirked and the atmosphere changed, there was a blood thirsty aura around her. Suddenly, she froze, and the coloring turned back to normal. She walked back three steps. Nice try.

Zahzi's eye began to twitch. "Well...You've seen how Ventrus and Dro'ki act and talk...Now imagine that for about seven years straight..." he shuddered.
"My childhood after what happened with the three Projects was filled with long-worded riddles and half-baked philosphies..."

"Well it's better then being kept in a white cell for 10 years while scientists make painful experimentations on you." Amnity chuckled a bit, then cleared her throat awkwardly. That was meant to be a joke, but it didn't sound as comical as it should have been.

"...I dunno...Sounds kinda tempting after going to their homeland..." Zahzi said with the same kind of chuckle.
"Never knew why they wanted to help me, until I looked at my rather funny family tree."

"Well...My mother was human...But my father is of Nator'mi blood." Zahzi answered, looking over at her.

Amnity nodded, still smiling a bit. "Oh.....I was always curious. Do you have any more abilities then a regular human would have if you were part Nator'mi?"

"Uhm...Well...I've never been able to transform...But my regenerative abilities and copability with electricity might might have some connection to that..." Zahzi replied, scratching the back of his head.

Amnity nodded, looking back to the streets. "...So...Your father knew Ventrus somehow? Or Ventrus just sensed that you were half Nator'mi?"

"...I don't know. My real father dissappeared before I could really remember him. My mother had remarried a year before the projects started." Zahzi answered with a shrug.
