Oh ok then is it possible to start my own clan and develope eventually my own kekkei genkai?

Our new restrictions for making clans mean you have to complete the Academy with your character, 5 E-rank jutsu, and level 5.

- Storm Release is an official canon limit. Of course you can't just have it for yourself. So no magically developing a bloodlimit and being the first Storm user, since that's definitely not true.

Kekkai Genkai itself = blood inheritance (that alone implies you are inheriting from somewhere)

- Storm Release, like Kou's Scorch Release, however CAN be a very rare inherited kekkai genkai. Some Elemental Creation clans, like Sandaa and Fubuki, guarantees inheritance. Clans like the Kou and Senju does not guarantee the actual genetic trait that gives them the ability to recombine two base elements for a "sixth" element (which is what Ice, Scorch, etc are classified as) despite being genealogically part of the clan.

- This "not guaranteed" inheritance clause is true for many clans: Kaguya, Uchiha, etc.

- Kiri or Kumo if you want Storm Release. When you do make Storm Release, that is because canonically, that Elemental Creation limit is Kumo-native.

- At twelve years of age, 85-90 lbs will be reasonable, and the average for that will be approximately 4'8''-5'0''.

K. So the Fubuki are the only ones that do then. xD

Go for Hyuuga, just make a good "original" character... I put original in quotations because being original is pretty hard these days... just do not use any ONE character as a base, mix and match some characters you love or hate... Seriously, sometimes, it's better to do a mix of both. Though the background doesn't need to be too big, just make sure it makes sense.

Proto might be strict, but, she has been down your road, like everyone else... once a RPer of, not at all in an insulting manner, a noob. Just someone that isn't like a grammar nazi who can write 20 paragraphs on a kick. I am exaggerating, but, yah know what I mean right?

Anyway, just try to mix and match some characters and see what you come up with. Take note that the traditions of Hyuuga and their appearance will also set your character's personality and all that.

Oh and do not do a Neji... or Hinata...

Technically he can make a half-man half-woman. It doesn't say anything against it, but as long as he describes it well in his background xP

my character is a haku attempt? I'm basing my character off of me mainly. And I updated my character's profile in my journal but i can post it here again if you would like. I think that the background is lacking a little something but I cant think of what. But i do believe it covers the raised as a girl thing alright enough; but I can always be wrong.
