Yeah, more on the subject of diamonds... because I love talking about it.

I hate cut diamonds. I think they suck because it's basically destroying a unique, natural crystal to make it artificial and exactily the same as every other cut diamond. Instead of destroying a beautiful natural carbon crystal, you might as well make a cubic zicronia, which is inexpensive and looks almost exactily the same.

Now, thoes are sexy. Sexy, sexy, natural geometry. Hardest mineral in the world because of the perfectly fitting crystaline structure. Why would you want to ruin something so cool looking just to make it sparkle?

(I also asked my boyfriend to buy me one of these, but tough luck for me)

(while you're there, look at the non-diamond minerals on that site. Nature is fricking beautiful)

BridgeChan: Ooh, that new artwork is lovely as always. heart I don't know if it was intentional or not but the OMG hat's creases make it look like it's got a wide, gaping mouth, and it's just hilarious. Her near eye almost seems a bit too wide-set but that's perhaps just me. I love your "takes" on Gaian items. ^^ It's great to see an artist's imagination customize the items we're all familiar with. The color scheme is also lovely, though I know jack squat about color theory myself...still, I know what I like when I see it. X3

Nice crit Meri <3! I love getting details like that ^_^ I was hoping that the OMG would have a more sinister look when I was done XD And I personally like the way I did Jackers in the back there :3 And after this piece....I will say...I...Hate....Pumpkins.... lol. The coloring alone on them spanned the most time ;-;
