I think about four months minimum.
2~3 months for the team to 'recover' from the loss, and become stronger.
2~3 months for the team to really start work again, sort out things outside the team (if they need to) and do a few missions.
(NOTE: not all missions can be 'successful', but none were absolute failures)
If gives the team a chance to get their 'game' back, and to have a few missions under the belt to show they are not a novice team or some secondary team (e.g. Teen Titans East...).
Plus, it would show that they managed to become 'mature' by sorting out their lives outside the team. I mean, it wouldn't have taken a year for Lil to have got into her job; a few weeks to get in with Babs help, a couple more to get experience at her job.
So, I would say 4~6 months might be something to consider.
