Tomha sighed in boredom. Now that Chase is gone, no villain was left to fight. It was only him and Prier in his opinion. Once a new Wu revealed itself he would be ready this time. He skipped the last one so he can be prepared. With his studies he's learned how to create illusions to fool his enemies.

(I've got another wu idea for you Cerberus...) "Come on then." Shade said, opening a shadow portal. He walked through before her and waited on the other side. Which just so happened to be on TOP of the highest observation deck on the Eiffel tower.

Kikyo followed Shade through, and closed her eyes. When she came out on the other side, her eyes opened, and went wide. "WOAH!" she said.

Tomha was bored and very curious what Chase was doing in the Yin Yang world. He was tempted to open the portal to take a peek but he had a more fun idea. "We should travel back in time and take out the very hero of the Xiaolin Monks. that Grandmaster Dashi guy! We need to steal the Sands of Time and go beat him, with him gone there will be no monks!" He explained happily, ignoring the fact of how much the future would be altered.
(( Tomha: Oh yeah Kikyo...imagine that. Tomha, The Legend Slayer! I bet I can kick Dashi's butt! ))

(Not gonna happen.) "Not so loud. You'll alert the guards..." Shade said, throwing one hand over her mouth and the other around her waist to keep her from slipping off. He moved her closer to the spire. He released her mouth and grabbed what he'd been looking for. A lantern with odd carvings and an odder handle.

"GAH!" Kikyo said, as Shade put his hand over her mouth, and grabbed her around the waist. It was muffled, though, so it wasn't that loud. Her face then went a slight red color, as she realized Shade's arm was still around her waist. "Um...you can let go now..." she said quietly.
((Me: ...if that did happen, you do realize Kiky wuld probably be an all powerful fporce of evil slowly destroying the world, and Baylor would probably have been killed by shadow, and shade would be the worlds greatest theif, stealing for hte resistance and Kikyo?))

Shade slipped his arm off of her and showed her the lantern. "I think this thing is a wu... I found it a few years back and hid it here for safekeeping. Thought I'd sell it on the black market later but now... Times have changed." He said. He handed it to her. (Actually, Shade would go from theif for whoever payed most, to Kikyo's personal Kath Hound.)

Kikyo looked it over. "I think it might be..." she said, as she looked back at Shade. "But why did you have to bring me here to get it?"
((Hence the reason you were working for both sides... And Baylor, i'm sorry, but that is how it would probably be...))

((This might make you think otherwise.))
I'm not gonna give up that easily... Baylor spread his notes out on the table. He had thought about this for his entire life. He had managed to master the art of Wind manipulation, as well as most of Light manipulation. Now came the harder ones: Darkness and Universe.
These two had been forbidden in his village, as studying light and dark at the same time would prove cataclysmic (causing the user's soul to be completely torn into pieces), and Universe was the most diffucult to even comprehend: only approximately 1 in every 1,000,000 had the ability to even understand its powers, and only a handful in history could understand the basics, two of which being his mother and his father.
The Universe element had the ability to warp time, bend space, tear dimensions, and create, as well as destroy, life and existence of the wielder. What had happened to his village, complete petrification and annihilation of existence the size of Hawai'i , was the result of tampering with the Universal element.
Baylor clenched his fist. He knew better than to leap to universe bending before studying other manipulation. "If I can't successfully learn to control Darkness, then I will forever abandon my endeavors for universal manipulation!" He grabbed a rather large book and opened it, revealing a section that had been completely cut out. In the cut out section was a scroll. Pulling out the scroll, Baylor cleared off the table and withdrew a dagger that seemed to radiate a strange, holy energy. His hand faltered on the knot that kept the scroll tied.
"Wait... I'm going to go into a coma for a while... if my friends need me, I won't be able to even lift a finger... The only way to wake me is to either wait until I completely learn this... or stab the scroll with the dagger... but if that happens... there's the chance I won't be able to use ANY magic ever again..." He sighed and decided to write a note on a piece of paper, explaining how to wake him up ONLY IN A COMPLETE EMERGENCY. He wrapped the dagger in the note and placing it aside.
"Ok... spirits of darkness! Come fourth from your shadows and teach my soul your unholy ways!" Baylor yanked the cord and the scroll flew open, revealing dark and evil scriptures written in blood on the scroll, with just the mere glance at the characatures struck fear into even the blackest of hearts.
A dark and omnipotent figure formed itself above the scroll, then formed into the shape of a tall and menacing woman, scantily clad in minimal amounts of armour, her flowing purple-red hair floating freely. She then spoke in a dark and warped voice, "Who DARES disturb my sleep?! Me! The lord and absolute ruler of darkness, Erebus Succubi!!" The woman the peered down at Baylor. "You?! A mere child?! You hope to tame the infinite powers of darkness?! Do not make me laugh! I will tear your puny soul from your body and devour it sooner than you can best me!" Erebus cackled.
Baylor began to tremble at simply the presence of Erebus. However, he stood his ground and grasped his wand. "Erebus! I, Baylor, have summoned you in order for you to teach the ways of darkness to me! Under your magical contract, you are forced to reveal your dark secrets to those few who are able to open your Unholy scroll!" Baylor announced to the dark figure.
"Fine. If you wish, mortal. However, I sense light within your veins. More light than I have seen before. By learning MY ways of darkness with your current purity level, you will be pushed to the limit and your soul will most likely be destroyed. Do you still accept?" The dark figure Erebus seriously doubted Baylor's ability. Pure darkness was one of the most difficult elements to control. Night and shadows were much easier to control. Learning and controling pure darkness was much harder than any non-magical being could dream of, and even the most skilled shadow wielders would have great difficulty, up to the point of either death, suicide, or loss of connection with reality.
"I accept, Master Erebus!" Baylor declared, grasping his wand tighter.
"Fine then. But do not beg for mercy, for you shall not find any. Should you fail... well, you understand." Erebus then gave an evil smile and grasped Baylor's cheeks, then pulled his soul out of his body. Erebus entered a black void, and as the void closed, Baylor's limp body fell to the ground, his eyes clouded over and his breath shallow. The training had begun.
((How do ya like me now?! xd ))

(( Tomha: HA! You underestimate me, if I can whoop Chase and Dashi, what possible hope can any monk have against me? I'd pretty much take over the world. Prier: Then why not rule the world now? Tomha: 2 reasons, 1, the entire world is up my butt right now! and 2, ruling a whole world is NOT fun. You get all the problems of each country. America's economy, China's overpopulation, the middle easts conflicts, and let's not forget if I was to take over the world I'd make an all out war on Japan to force their censorship to end once and for all! Plus I'd have to fix all the countries problems otherwise I'm practically not even controlling each country. So I got the worlds problems plus additional wars and rebels are bound to pop up!
You see you gotta set limits Prier, pick an area and take care of it, otherwise have Lords rule each area for you and fear they one day turn on you. Dammit Prier don't you play Starcraft!?
Prier: How does a game involve domination of the world. Tomha: EVERYTHING! ))
Tomha streatched boredly as he thought of what he could do to steal the sands of time and defeat the monks.
(( Prier: If you wont take over the world...what will you do? Tomha: Be the most Epic Villain there is by beating every hero and bad guy who crosses my path! ))

((Baylor: But I just went toe-to-toe with SATAN! Shadow: I thought her name was Erebus Baylor: Yeah. Erebus and Satan are basically the same principle Chamo: I thought you were fighting the goddess of the underworld and complete, pure darkness, not the superindendent at your school Baylor: Principle spelled with a P-L-E, not P-A-L, Chamo... Pix: Hey! How come I haven't made much of an appearance?! Chamo: Because you are as useless as me, darling... Pix: scream YOU MUST DIE!!!))

((Tomha: Well I bet I could dominate the devil with a single love beam. Phheeww, destroy my enemies! and set that sucker right on ya.
Me: *Playing Starcraft* Crap! I can't take on all these people at once! I tried to take on 1 Protoss tribe and 2 Terran armies in a Melee fight where the 3 work against me. When it was free for all I managed to wipe them out without even taking more then 25% of the entire map and the strongest one had 75% of the map. but when a army of 3 groups breaths down my neck in the first 5 minutes, I cannot survive crying with my homeboy Terrans! ))

(I can hardly stratch out a survival against Zerg in 1-on-1 using Terrans... And Raynor Rules, Mengsk sucks! LONG LIVE JIMMY!) "Well one, more fun to see you react to suddenly being at the highest point in all of Paris, and two, that fact that we're at the highest point in Paris. We can see everything from here." Shade said, looking out over the city and smiling. It was getting close to sunset.

Kikyo just looked at Shade with a somewhat annoyed expression at number one, and then her gaze went to the city too. Her expression went back to a more neutral look, and she blink.
