She tilts her head slightly, "Why would that be?"
Slowly she begins to extend a hand and then stops, "I've told you my name, but what is yours?"

The captain takes her hand in his and bows. "I am captain Steel of the Haven patrol, and as for your other question. None born from the waters of the lake can approach it afterwards. For some reason the water drags them back to wherever it is they come from."

Athilea offers a smile and a slightl bo of her head, "It's a pleasure to meet you. Are all demons born of the lake then?" She was becoming increasingly interested.

She smiles, "Well then, I think I have some experiments to conduct." Her expression darkens for a moment, thinking of the demon she had summoned, and what he may have intended to do with her. A shiver passes through her and the she offers a smile again, "So, is there anything you would have me do? I'll not sit around eating your food with out repaying you."
((I need to go pass out for a bit. Sorry. I'll be on some tomarrow though. Promis!))

(I'm sorry! I've been gone for much longer than intended..I'm sorry. I ended up getting caught up in some things and wasn't able to reply until now..)
Hope looked at the doctor then back at Shade, worry still present on her face. She managed to stand and hobbled away for a few moments, talking to someone who had managed to rescue some of their supplies. Hope stumbled back over to Shade and plopped down beside him, carefully lifting his head with a trembling hand to place it on the pillow before covering him up with the blanket. Hope looked at him before looking up, intending to look at Frensa to see if he was alright too, but everything went black as she fell over, her exaughsted body unable to keep going any furthur.

(Intresting~ and yes, I thought I should do that now since she probably should have passed out about..half a day ago..she's still in no condition to be running around so much, but she had to do something important so I couldn't just make her pass out on the way there..maybe now's the time to bring in Xavier?)

(Awesome. Alright, let's see now..)
A tall, dark-skinned man pushed his way through the crowd of people, ignoring their complaints. He tilted his head a little as he stared at the two on the ground curiously, his many earrings on his long and pointed ears jingling softly with his movements. The man then knelt down beside Hope, his long, silky-black hair following with as he carefully moved her hair to examine her face for a moment or so before looking up a bit to look at Shade. "She needs something more comfortable to lay down on.." he said, waiting for a moment before standing up and looking around at the crowd with his beautiful purple eyes as his irritance grew. "Well? Is someone going to get her a pillow and blanket or am I going to have to eat someone to get them myself?" again he looked at the crowd who stared dumbly back as none of them really understood what he meant. The man gave an irritated sigh before quickly turning and walking towards some people while his long hair flowed behind. "You," he pointed at a woman holding a pillow. "Give me that." he said flatly while holding out his hand towards her. The woman blinked then slowly held out the pillow to him, watching him take it then walk off over to a man with a blanket. "And you," again he pointed towards the object he wanted. "I want that." he said in the same flat, irritated tone he had used on the woman. The man held out the blanket to him and watched him walk off over to Hope. The man gently picked her up, laying her on her back while resting her head on the pillow and placing the blanket over her.
(ugh, long post..)

(hmm..well, maybe Xavier could dump water on him? That usually..has some effect. He would do it too. And he'd make it very, very cold. Xavier can be so rude..x.x I don't know.)

Shades voice is suddenly heard by all gathered, though he himself remains unconsious. "Hello again, sir. I would welcome you properly, but it seems that I cannot move at the moment. I would, however ask you to refrain from eating my charges, as they have already had a rough time getting here. Though I've the feeling you already know about that."

Frensa pushed his way through the crowd holding a bucket of water. He saw that Hope had fainted and a strange dark skinned man was tending to her.
"Who are you" He asked the man
