Nebride glanced over as Gren pulled Togan closer to her. "Well, maybe there is something there. I think Gren just doesn't want to admit it."
Once again Nebride's hand reached into her coat to touch the scroll. Not since that first time had she heard anything else. "b*****d. He can hear what we say, but I can't hear him. I'll work it out eventually."

Togan:
he had only just woken up and walked out of his tent when he was grabbed by Gren and was practically pulled right next to her.
he was confused he thought she didnt like him?
either way he didnt refuse.
he continued walking next to her.
either way she was still holding his hand, maybe so he wouldnt get lost but he didnt mind.
Witch hunter Gwendar:
she keeps fiddling with that scroll he thought.
what is she trying to do.
Could she be trying to reverse it and listen to my thoughts?
thats very clever.
he had not noticed before but she looked very elegant in the morning light.
Bah what are u thinking Gwendar he thought.
Concentrate i must listen every word is vital.

Nebride looked around carefully at the village. "This one looks pretty safe. Okay guys," she said loud enough just for her group to hear, "We're going to stop and rest here for a little while. We'll leave here in a few hours to continue on our way. We'll find another place to camp before nightfall."
The villagers sighed with relief and went about the town, careful to not say anything that might get them into trouble. Nebride sat down on a wooden fence and kept watch.

Togan:
finally they were near civilization again.
granted they had to be careful otherwise they may be caught.
apparently they told the guards they were travel merchants.
he couldn't believe they didn't wonder why merchants would be traveling with nothing to trade.
he was very glad that he was so close to Gren. hmmm maybe he could spend some of his money and by her a fancy lunch.

Witch hunter Gwendar:
so she has decided to go into a village.
despite the dangers shes definably brave.
but she only has today and tomorrow to find her brother.
hopefully she will find him soon he thought
the second the elf comes out of hiding i shall be the one to slay him. its what the witch hunters were ment to do.
but what would happen to Nebride.
would she go back to her village?
would he ever see her again?
the idea he would never see her again made him feel temporarily depressed.
But he soon relised what he was thinking about and soon abolished such thoughts from his mind.
"bah keep ur thoughts pure and free of the heretic" he prayed.
he just realized that he had said that prayer a bit too loud and Nebride had clearly heard him.

Nebride stiffened and looked around. She had heard something. "bah keep ur thoughts pure and free of the heretic." She slowly slipped off the fence.
"I heard him. So, he is close by. I knew it." Her eyes narrowed slightly as she examined people walking by her. "This is beyond pathetic."
Nebride's mind swam with darkness and suddenly she was looking at a different scene. Several bodies lay before her, pierced by dozens of arrows. "What the?" Her view changed and she saw her brother, Eleclyo standing over the bodies with a satisfied smirk. He looked up and saluted as if he knew she could see him.
With a gasp Nebride came back to herself. She clutched the fence to steady herself. "Damn it Eleclyo," she muttered to herself. "You b*****d." She rubbed her eyes and leaned against the fence. "I have to find him fast before something else happens."

"damb it!" he swore.
she needs to find that elf.
maybe if i helped her find him.
he saw the pain in her eyes.

Nebride pushed herself away from the fence. "I didn't want to have to find him like this, but it has to be done." She glanced around to make sure nobody was watching her before slipping into the small patch of woods. Nobody would see her here. "Unless that damned with hunter is watching. Let him see what the shaman of my people can do."
She knelt on the ground and laid out several objects before her. One was a piece of clothing of her brothers, one was Jeroviah's necklace that he had given her, and the last was a mini quilt.
Nebride ran her hands over each. "Come to me now---come to me and help me find one who is lost." Out of the last two objects appeared to be what looked like ghosts. One was the spirit of her dead lover, and the other three were ancestors of hers. "I need your help. Go and find where Eleclyo is. Compel him to stay there, and come tell me. Make sure he does not see you."
The spirits only nodded as they disappeared into the day. Nebride stood up and tucked the objects back into their rightful place. "Well--they should find him in several hours--a day at the most."

she was usuing dark magic.
the pitch black figures she was summoning looked demonic.
there red eyes staring straight through him.
he un clouked himself immediatly
he couldnt allow her to do such things so close to people.
besides he was aware that his superior was in fact watching his presence.
apparently he was reported for acting strangly.
before she even knew he was attacking he grabbed her from behind. he quickly tied a rope around her.
he knew it wouldnt stop her but for some reason he refused to use lethal force.

i heard a rustle in the woods near town. since i had to protect togan i pulled him along with me... i saw the witch hunter tying up nebride.
"just what are you doing?" i said angrily. "the deal was that she was to be given 3 days to find her brother. it's only the first day!" i kept togan behind me as i glared at the man named gwendar. he was being unfair.

"she used Dark magic. she was summoning evil spirits. i cant let her do such a thing while im suposed to be keeping an eye on her.

he didnt know what to do.
he didnt really know how to fight. and he knew he couldnt beat the hunter.
