Slanzer Pailzor Yeah, it's 15% no matter the rank. Not to add to your workload, but maybe you should check the winners threads by NPC Logan in the fishing forum. Take the top 3 winners, and run their names through the lists. That way you can guarantee they've had the handicap too.

xD Slave of a Shadow just dropped out, she just told me on MSN.
Less competition for us, but, I'm still afraid I will go over the cap, regardless, fishing is gonna give me something to do.

we dont have that much anyways... I'm worried now, I don't want to exceed it... Maybe I should stop while I'm ahead, though if it's higher then what I have I may lose out crying Decisions, decisions.

The cap is a bit higher than what's possible to get in a day.

wat to do...well I did some math, I have probably used around 115 baits today... surprisingly, but if you use 150 baits, catch about 6 yellow guppies each time, you'll get about 900 of them using that 150 baits... so we should have a chance. 3nodding
