Aviv let the cat go as he listened intently hoping to get a clue, but found none. When the blindfold was removed he opened one eye before bother were open. "Oh my gosh!!" The wolf turned and hugged the cat. "A picnic!!! Yay! <333"
Florien chuckled. "It's a pleasure to meet you Kay. Im Florien. Im just one of Nightshade's new housemates. I hope you like what you see. Is there anything I can get you guys for your busy day?" He was in a mild hurry for things were cooking and such.
Nightshade chuckled and looked at Kay. "get whatever you want. I think I'll take a couple of those cookies--" He pointed to them, "And a cinnamon roll"

Del laughed. "I'll take that as you like it?" He smiled. "just don't get disapointed. I didn't know exactly what to make...so yeah...i kinda went with PB & J, some soda's, and a bag of chips."
"Um..." Kay shifted a little. "One of those Chocolate muffins and...a chocolate filled crossiant, please." He said. It might be a bit of a...weird thing...But Kay had a thing for chocolate.

Aviv murred happily. "I love it, and anything you packed is fine..." He nuzzled against the cat a moment before leading him to the blanket and sitting down, pulling Del with him.
Florien smiled. "Okay." He went and got a small box to put the treats in, and opened the glass case, taking them out and placing them in the box. Once he had what was ordered he sealed it with a sticker and handed it over the counter then whispered slightly. "It can be on the house. You guys have a good day, okay?"
Suddenly another anthros popped out. "Florien! Mary dropped the cookies again!"
Chuckling the coon smiled at Nightshade and Kay. "Thats my cue. Have a good day you guys. <3" At that he disappeared back into the kitchen.
Nightshade watched and took the box, "Thank you Florien!" He kept an arm around the wolf's waist as he asked, "Would you like to eat here or somewhere else?"

Del smiled and opened the basket once they were sitting, pulling out the food and drinks. Setting it out he grabbed the wolf nd pulled him into his lap.
"...mabye somplace with less people?" he asked a bit shyly.

The wolf looked at the food, his tail swishing a bit. He made a small noise when he was pulled into the others lap, but he murred and snuggled closer, happily. Gently he moved so he could kissed the cat. "Thank you. <3"
"Sounds fine by me. Any interest in the beach maybe? Or... the park?" he ws throwing in ideas. neither of which were very far away.

"Welcome." he said, resting his chin on the wolf's shoulder before kissing his neck lightly. "Glad you like it. Kinda just threw it together pretty fast but still..."
"there is a beack close by?" He blinked before reailizing how stupid that sounded. He looked down before nodding. "Yeah sure..." he said lightly, mumbling a bit. "The beach sounds nice..."

Tilting his head slightly to the side so the cat had more access, he murred and picked up a sandwich. "It looks like a perfectly good lunch to me. <3"
The coon chuckled and gently nuzzled Kay. "Yes." it was an almost expected answer and he understood it was hard to know what was around if you didnt get out lots. He started to lead the other towards where the water was.

"Thats god." He said between kisses. "you know, i don't even think i need to eat a sandwich." He nipped at the wolf's neck. "you taste good enough to eat."
Kay still didn't look up, his face red, eyes downcast.

His tail swished slightly and he blushed at the comment. "But it'd be a waste not to eat the lunch you packed..."
"Aww, its okay Kay..." Gently he kissed the others temple as the approached the beach, there was a nice breeze.

"I can live with that..." The wolf murred as he started to munch on the sandwich, snuggling a bit closer to the cat happily.
They got to the beach and Nightshade stopped and tilted the wolf's head up so he could look him in the eye. "Its only not okay with you..."

Del laughed a bit as he ate.
"It was a stupid comment and who knows how many strangers heard it and thought "what a loser, why is somone cool hanging out with such a freak."" He said, avoiding eye contact.

"It shouldnt matter what they think... Look at me Kay..." The coon moved slightly so that Kay could meet his gaze. "You're to harsh on yourself... It shouldnt matter anyways, you'll never EVER see those people again. Or they could just think youre from out of town. It's an okay question. Questions ARE okay."
Aviv murred happily, pleased, and very content. He loved Del. <3
