Jake Laughed. " Well I can help you there..." HE sttod up and walked a few steps. " Oh and little girl with the guns, I used my old Ide code here... still works..." He kept moveing.

Ruby_Rain "Birthdays are a good thing sug, even when they make you cry." She handed him the cake. "I'll be around hon, holler if you're needin a hug." Arch nodded his head, a tear streaming down his face as he leaned foreward, embracing Ruby in a hug as he held the cake up to keep it from falling. He straightened himself, smiling weakly as he uttered a soft 'thank you' and retreated back into his room.

Ruby smiled, and gave a soft "welcome," before wanderin back in the kitchen and getting a slice herself.

Lu raised an eyebrow but didn't speak until they got out of the kitchen. "What was that about? She didn't sound very pleased. Hmmm... what did you do now?" She said in a teasing voice.

Chris sat on the counter and snacked on some sugar cookies, deciding it was better to pass on the cake and not be sick for a few days.

"Happy Birthday, Wess." Arch said softly, the smoke from the candle forming the face of a child, the only face he knew of his son's. Arch smiled, somewhat heartened by this all as he slowly climbed into bed, reaching for his face, realising his shades were allready off. He smiled, turning off the light's and falling asleep, the room illuminated solely by the dying candle.

Jake rolled his eyes. " I came in to say hi and she pulls a gun on me asking me why I was here and things like that!" He said. " Other then that I didn't do any thing for her to be actting like this..." He reached out to hold Lumina's hand.

She squeezed his big hand. "It's true you don't look "average", but that's a rather extreme response." She smiled and with her free hand, she pointed at a large pile of bags. "Those are miine."

Jake with out thinking much of it picked them all up. " Yes well, to tell you the truth, I have been thinking... of well I have given up on fighting and all. I'm soo sick and tired of it and well I might try to become human again..." He said looking at Lumina. " I'm sick of things like that... people pointing, children crying and being scared of me..." He sighed. " Well were do these go?!"

"Become human again? How would you do that?" She started to move forward then stopped. "Hmm... I actually don't know where my room is... " She scratched her head and picked up her cell phone, finding Ruby's number already on her contact list, as was all the other heros' numbers.

"Because the rest of them have already proven they arent badguys... But if it makes you feel better, Im glad you're a bit paranoid. It makes me feel safe." He smiled then went back to eating his cookie.

Jake sighed. " I don't know, but I think if I did I would lose my powers..." He said a little shyly. " Well take your time there is no rush here." HE said happly.
