PSO? I play PSO...not online though since I hear the Net Adapter for the GC sucks arse. I used to have PSO Ep: III but turned it in as it was rather...boring, I just dont see fun in playing cards on a video game. And what the heck are you talking about...PSO Ep: IV? Blue Burst? I think thats just an expansion pack to the already running PSO storyline...Im more looking forward to the PS: Universe and the Phantasy Star Trilogy for the PS2. I have a whole team formed...though its offline:

Phantasy star online is the PC version of Ep1&2 for the gc. it has more quests and a few more items. they recently released epsiode 4 which is only for BB for the PC. it inclused lots of new maps and mags and items and monsters and bosses and mroe storyline (by the lacking that sega alredy likes to elave out lots of story line.
and the online adapter (depending on dial up or ether net version) isn't that bad. the dial up version whont work with aol.. i don't think the ethernet one will work with aol ethernet. it's just hard to find them without buying them off ebay.
PSU is going to be online only. just like the pc version of ep1&2 is.
and yes id liek to get the trilogy also.
My chars... well i can't remember 2 of there names. they were created basicly for fun and for certain online quests wich you could only get one of a item from that got you a rare mag cell.
my mains char is though.

what your friends probibly told you was that its not that great online. actualy as long as you don't play in the first server vega your actualy safe from geting a damaged char odata or coruptwed data or black screen or freeze. and if you realy want to be safe play on the japanese servers as they rarely cheat. the japanese have honor were most americans are like must complete the game in 3 seconds and have everything at my disposal with over the limit stats and then mess up other peoples lives.
