"Indeed I am." she replied, watching him lift the glass, "I apologize, but I take my type of drink is far more...life to it." she said, lowering her head slightly, "I do hope you inderstand."

"Not a problem Forenthiel. I understand completely, however I'm afraid I have none of what you drink for I have never before consorted with vampires". He said in a much more casual tone than before. It seemed like he had just tossed aside all formalities after greeting her.
"Your city is beautiful at night. Especially from up here. It's too bad that you have such trouble with keeping it a peaceful place what with the escapees and all", he said in a slightly sharper tone. Picking up his glass once again he took a sip and smiled, staring out over the city, a strangely knowing look in eyes as he watched the sea of flickering lights before him.

Akashi Yamato Akashi nodded his head and walked into the building, looking around as she brushed his hair back. Dez smiled, "Dark is so cold." She mumbled and looked around a little, "I really couldn't think of any other place, besides this old church, hope you don't mind."

It was Forenthiel's turn to arch an eyebrow as she walked to his side, her gaze upon the city, "Escapees? More like contestants in the Games.." she replied with a light smile.
"It is an interesting thing that you say the city is mine. Lorindel is for all who have the stomach for such a life." she turned slightly, a tuff of white hair making her gaze frost over only slightly until a grey gaze met hers, "But it appears you have another guest. Maybe we can talk about our views later..." she said, moving away to meet the incoming guest as a young looking kitsune appeared infront of Sarith.
"Your house is quite beautiful," the male said, smiling brightly, "And a great view. Interesting how I've never seen this place, even if I am new here."

Sarith looked back and arched a brow at the rather sudden appearance of the Kitsune and smiled saying, "Why thank you. I am Sarith Phan, and the reason you haven't seen this place is because I had it and the road built two days ago. It was all finished yesterday. However I seem to have forgotten your name". Taking a sip of his wine he awaited and answer from the kitsune.

"It must be technology even I haven't seen before for this place to be built so fast..." Kanda mused, looking over his shoulder for his ticked off bodyguard. Seeing that she wasn't there, he continued, "Forgive my manners. I am Kanda." he replied, holding out his hand.

DarkScarlettVixen Orb was about to say something else but her mother with one of the nurse maids came into the room. Her mother pulled her out of the way, "Let her work, darling." She said.
"Ma!" She clung to her mother, watching fearfully.
"You always did bring home the most unusual pets." Her mother said quietly. Psych wasn't a pet but she knew that her mother was only trying to lighten the mood.
The maid administered both the anti toxin and an anesthetic to help him rest. She then went about cleaning his wounds. Psych's body was exhausted from the poisons and drugs that had put him through so much pain. Once the medication had been administered, it was only a few minutes before he was asleep.

The maid finished cleaning up his wounds and then sat back and looked up at her mistresses, "Maybe we should have him put in a less open room." She suggested.
Orb's mother nodded.
"He can stay in my room." Orb said.
"I'm not sure that's appropriate, dear."
Orb looked irritated then sighed, "Not like he's going to do anything, ma. He's.......well......I don't know. Anyway, he'd feel better in my room because he knows me, knows my scent."
Her mother pressed her lips together then nodded, "Okay, dear."
A few minutes later, Psych was tucked in on one side of Orb's bed.

Psych slept soundly. His body was already fighting against the toxins with the aid of the antidote. Also, small points could be seen where his teeth were barely beginning to grow back.

Taking Kanda's hand in his own firm grip Sarith nodded saying, "A pleasure to meet you Kanda". Quickly taking his hand back after shaking Kanda's hand he once again folded his arms behind his back. After a few moments of silence he said, "And yes. There was some technoligy involved in the construction of this quaint home of mine".
turning away from Kanda he once again stared out over the city. A smile crossing his lips as he seemed to know something was about to happen. Whatever it was they could be sure that he was anticipating something.
At that exact moment Brandon walked through the door and moved up beside Forenthiel, whispering into her ear, "Care M'lady. Master Sarith has a strange way of knowing what's on your mind. You would be well advised to watch what you think about when you're around him". His voice barely a whisper to even a vampire he moved to Kanda giving him the same message before leaving the rooftop.

"I cannot believe you left me again..." A female voice said as Vajra moved through the crowds, in a more formal dress than her usual one. Upon seeing Sarith she curtseyed before moving a few feet away, giving Kanda a few feet to move freely. Clearly she was his bodyguard.

"There are many different computers to chose from and since you wish for a portable computer for your children, here is one that may suit you." a man said as he walked a couple through a long hall, stopping to show them the hologram of a small child, "She is one of our newest models, and quite well behaved as long as she doesn't get a virus of course." he smiled slightly as the couple took a look at her, "Her look can be custom made, but since it takes more time, it means more money..." he trailed off as he looked past the couple at the figure coming towards them, one with an arm he had placed on her himself.
And Lyka wasn't looking too good.
"I need help..." she breathed, leaning against the wall, "Watchers...Psych...torture...." she slid down just as the man moved to hold her up.
"If you would excuse me," the man said as another person came to talk to them. As soon as they were being helped, he moved Lyka into a small office nearby. He watched as she fell asleep before calling a medical unit, "Come quickly. It appears Lady Forenthiel has been busy..."

Forenthiel nodded slightly before a small grin crossed her face. Interesting... she moved towards Kanda and Sarith once again just as Kanda looked up at Vajra, and giving her a few moments to speak to Sarith privately.
That was all she needed.
"Once you finish making your debut, I would like to speak with you in a meeting that doesn't require invitations." she said lightly, looking at all of the Elite and the Omeda, "From one Elite to another. I'm sure you won't object to that Sir Phan?" she finally looked at him and smiled, a predatory look in her eyes.

After changing, Orb climbed into the other side of the bed, moving carefully so as not to rouse him though she wasn't sure she'd be able to. Laying back on the pillows she watched him sleep and heal and then finally was claimed by dreamless sleep as well.

Sarith smiled and said, "Of course Forenthiel. It wouldn't at all bother me to join your little meeting. Since so few of my invited guests have shown up I can join you at your convenience". He finished with a look that almost said that he thought of himself as Forenthiel's superior, at the very least her equal.
With noone, not even himself to remember his past Sarith could defenitly make for an unpredictable and dangerous enemy or useful ally. He seemed to have a way of getting into everyone's heads and knowing what was on their minds making him even more dangerous; more than that though was that he had an heir about him that didn't seem quite human. He certainly wouldn't smell like one to Forenthiel, his scent compared to even the most delicious of humans would make just about any vampire's mouth water.
Moving up to the edge of his roof he returned to staring out over the city. A smile came to his face as he enjoyed watching the poeple wander about the streets. He knew that Forenthiel being a vampire would almost certainly be drawn to him, that was something that he relied on. He most of all was anticipating the moment he could reveal what he truly was to her. That thought brought a malicious grin to his lips.

Hours later, Psych's eyes slowly opened. He remembered what had happened, and realized why he was where he was. He quietly slipped out of the bed. He was remarkably quiet for a creature of his size. He didn't leave though. He wasn't strong enough yet for that. He moved to a large window, and stood looking out at the streets.
As he gazed out at the city, memories flitted through his mind. He remembered being able to walk the streets without fear, being a normal man. He remembered joining into a combat club and coming out on top almost every time. And then they came. The scientists that dragged him away, struggling against their bonds. He remembered waking up in the lab, surrounded by needles and scalpels. He remembered the pain...
He watched as the moonlight fell on the lawn, and tears began to drip from his eyes. He was too tired. He was tired of running from society, tired of what he'd become... This window that he was looking through may as well have been bars; the door to the room an iron door... Even as he looked at Orb, a small part of him feared her; feared the damage she could do to him.
Psych wiped away the tears, examining the wetness on his hands. "The last of my humanity..." He looked back out of the window, his powerful frame casting a sharp shadow across the room.
