He glanced at the card, realizing her intent. However, he never knew exactly how his gift kicked in. He spoke tenatively. "...Black eight?"

She stared at him "This could take a while." She glanced at the card "There will be times, when you won't see what's comming. Because you're opponent or whatever it is, doesn't know either. It's an act that just is, not decided, and not thought of. You have to use whatever is available to somehow be able to react. Trust your instincts, yes. But trust the living force around you as well. Don't guess, just calm your mind. Over time it will come to you, just as you see things of the future as such." Her voice was a calm understanding tone, as she knew what it was like.

Jami nodded and took a deep breath, relaxing totally, like he did when stalking prey on Ansion. For a little while, nothing happened. Then, a series of flashes. "Red four. Then black nine, red seven, red three, black two, and red six. Do you want the rest of the deck as well?" His brown eyes twinkled mischeviously.

As stated before Leeza was not a smiling person, but she just couldn't keep from the smile that broke across her face "Very good." 'And very quickly too' she thought after. She collected the card back into her deck and put it away for the time being "You have a gift no doubt." She added, the smiled dissapearing.

He nodded and leaned back in the chair. "So what can I do with it? Is there anything in particular that I should learn?" ((I have to go soon, so forgive me if I don't respond. Shall we continue this tomorrow?))

Leeza paused only now beggining to realise how strange this was, to be teaching someone. "In a tight spot, or a split second this can mean all the difference. There are many things you can learn, but it take time." She glanced at his eyes for a moment then returned her gaze to just beyond him. Almost like she was staring into him.

In Transit to Ansion
Jami nodded slowly, slightly unnerved by her gaze. "Uh-huh.... Anyways. I would like to construct a lightsaber, despite how advanced it is. I need a weapon, since my other one was lost. I've been sword-fighting for years, and I've already weilded one. Could you just tell me what I need? I'm not very good with mechanics, but Deenine is, and I have a lot of mechanical equipment and the like because of Rayce, so...."

She sighed "We'll see. For now, if you really need a weapon..." She pondered as her gaze stared off away from him. ((shooooort -.- ))

Jami nodded slowly. He was curious about a saber. He had preferred using it to a vibroblade, and he had felt exposed without a weapon since he was a child.

She let a long sigh escape from her "When we reach Ansion...I'll see what I can do for you I guess." She gave in for some reason. After a moment of silence she spoke "Have you ever thought of becoming a jedi?"

A slight smile crossed Jami's lips.
"Adonis asked me the same question. Yeah, I had thought about it. It might be interesting to follow my grandfather's footsteps, and I would hate to have the Force potential die out with him."

"Well, you do have talent. So you should at least consider..." She was factual over what she said, not complimentary. That was just the way she was. "Especially if you want to be trusted with a jedi weapon..." She added.

"Yes well, they won't allow me to take the trial just yet." She leaned her had back to the seat more "I'm from Taris." She began in a small explanation, her eyes taking on a darker look.

Jami raised an eyebrow at her. "That's surprising. I thought Taris was destroyed in the Jedi Civil War?"
