yeah i'm being yelled at a few times aday by my mom and dad... never cried so much in 3 weeks...

Aww... Anyways, here's another picture I drew for art class - we could draw whatever we wanted for the theme "Artistic Discovery" so I drew this...  I actually used a mirror so I could draw my own eye cool

Each of the things represents something... I can't find my paper that I wrote, so I'll just type the reasons out
Eye - symbol of mystery, depth, we observe and investigate with our eyes (process of discovery) we use our eyes to create our art, "window of the soul"
Weird stuff in the iris - it's actually supposed to look like a galaxy or black hole or something... and it should represent all the progress and progress yet to be made in the field of discovering where exactly we live in this world, and exactly what this world is
Old school airplane - represents the industrial side of artistic discovery with the findings of new ideas (aka flight)
Dolphins and great white shark - represents the ocean and the mysteries we've yet (as a human race) to discover and understand.
Statue of David - represents the more classical techniques and styles of early art. He also represents the change from simple religious paintings into a more modern era that kicked-off the boom of different styles and tastes.
Tiger - represents the jungle and the animal side of artistic discovery (new species and such), as well as the ferocity and passion an artist has within them
Tohru and Yuki (even though, technically, they're 'original characters' - at least that's what my art teacher thought) - represents the hip-hop culture of the art world (moving away from classic paintings of flowers and happy crap), as well as the foreign influences we've adopted into our own style of art.
Mickey - represents the animation side of artistic discovery and the advancement in technology from old school, hand-drawn animation to modern day computer animation
Da beach - represents the foreign, magical mystical-ness of lands and ideas yet undiscovered and waiting to be found
The caligraphy pen, paintbrush, and pencil (center) - these represent the three basic aspects of artistic discovery and expression, from written thoughts (poetry and literature), the paintbrush (from cave man days to the current century, man has used a paintbrush to express himself), and the pencil (the tool everyone is most familiar with and probably began doodling with as tiny kids)
And... that's it. Of course, it sounded a crap ton better in paragraph form, with all kinds of fancy words and indents and stuff. But I did my best.

Indents and stuuf//. 3nodding blaugh rofl Aww sham you're a riot..I've been thinking bout posting that group thing I tried of the futokages for the naruto RP..even though its not finished and totally horrible.. ^.^ I did Vash's guy pretty well..and maybe hinata..though her outfit isn't quite right...
Anyways..my point. Should I?
