Chase's eyes widen in surprise at Usagi's somewhat mild reaction. He was for sure she would start yelling at him once more. He raised an eyebrow while he stared at the girl, as if she was an alien or something. Chase then simply shurgged his shoulder. "Fine," he said as he leaned back on the bench.

Usagi was happy with Chase's reaction...well not at the staring part but his reply was good so she smiled at him. Then looked down and play with some of the strans of her hair....she really didn't have anything else to say to Chase's reply. Again she had this dejavu feeling but thought only her mind was playing tricks on her.

Chase eyed the girl who had remained speechless for the past while. "Wow, miracles do happen," Chase spoke with a emotionless face. "You are able to remain silent. Didn't think you were capable of doing so."

Usagi would have normally glared at Chase, give him the satifying knowledge that he pushed her buttons. Yet she shook her head. "No it's no mircle I can stay silent when I want to. Like when I'm doing homework or taking a test....plus people say when there's silence between people an angel flew by...or atleast that's how I think the saying goes." Usagi replied softly, with a small smile on her face as she continued to play with the strand of her hair.

"If you say so." Chase continued to eye Usagi as she played with her hair. Suddenly, the images from his dream started flashing before his eyes. He quickly shut his eyes and turned his head down. What was it with this girl?

Usagi noticed Chase looking at her then looking down. She blinked out of both confusion and curiousity. She placed her hand on Chase's shoulder. "Hey Chase kun are you ok?" she asked softly and her tone caring.

Chase slowly opened his eyes once more as they returned back to focus. "Yeah, I'm fine. Sorry about that, Odango," he whispered, still down at the ground. He was already use to the 'Chase kun' by now.

Noticing he wouldn't look at her in the eyes Usagi knew something was on his mind. Her hand still on Chase's shoulder, she used her other hand and placed it on his cheek. Making his face turn to look at her. "Chase kun, are you sure?" she asked again with the same caring tone as before and her eyes holding a pleading look as well as softness in her eyes.

Chase could feel his cheeks warm up when feeling Usagi's skin on his. He gazed into her eyes in awe. There was just something about this girl. What is this feeling I can't seem to shake off? he wondered to himself. He soon came back to his senses and realized he had an ego to worry about. He pulled away from Usagi's grasp. "Yes, I'm sure," he spatted.

Usagi's eyes showed off the emotion of hurt as Chase pulled back and spat out his reply. She placed her hands on her lap. She turned her head to the side and bent it down a little. "Sorry...I thought something was wrong. Forgive me if I was worried about a friend." she replied in a soft manner. ....Geez I go to see if he's alright and he acts like I did something wrong.....I should be angry not hurt.....but he is my friend now...so I do have a reason to be hurt by his actions....I guess... Usagi thought.

Chase's expression soften after hearing Usagi. He watched her by the side of his eyes. He realized that he was being such a big jerk while she was just trying to be nice. He was just not use to opening up. "Sorry, Odango," he turned to look at her with a warm smile.

It seems Usagi was getting used to her little nick name from Chase because she didn't get mad at it...ok well only a tiny bit. She turned to Chase and saw his warmsmile. She smiled back. "No it's ok...it was probally none of my business anyway." she replied kindly still her innocent face upon her face.

Chase turned his head away as he bit his lower lip, showing that he was debating about something. He eyed his bag at the end of the bench. He let out a sigh. He quickly grabbed the bag and pulled out the notebook before he changed his mind. "Here!" he said, handling it to Usagi, avoiding eye contact.

Usagi blinked at Chase for handing her the notebook. She opened it and found it had lyrics. She read some and turned a few pages. "So this is what you had before..." she spoke with kindness as she continued to read the notebook. She soon closed the notebook and gave it back to Chase with a smile. "Those lyrics are great! I don't see why you had to hide before. Those lyrics are really great and it took alot of talent to compose them." she complemented Chase with a smile.

Chase closed his eyes as he shook his head. "I didn't write them," he stated. He then opened his eyes once more as he stared off at the park. They are from this reoccuring dream I keep having lately, and those songs play in the background. I figure if I wrote them down, I would be able to figure what it means." He then let out a sigh. "But I haven't had any luck yet."
