Kotarou Katsura I downloaded 7.0 for free from a torrent site, and I've never looked back. |D Though it gets annoying when there's a set of really cute brushes I'd like, but they're only for CS/CS2 and they don't have an image pack... also! I am happy because my braintwin (Otonashi Saya on Gaia) finally started coming here again~ she had to start over from a new account, so I gave her 500g and one of the letters I took back from my trade. <3 My dad has some CDs that I get Photoshop from every time I get a new computer or my current version demands reactivation but doesn't accept the code. razz

i haven't been able to update Photoshop lately... I got CS a year late, and CS2 won't verify or whatever. I guess I have to just deal with the version I have, which isn't all bad. I'm just figuring out this coloring thing, though. I'm still pretty new at it.

I envy all you who are good with Photoshop. I've had it for like a year and although I will admit I hardly ever use it (although my step sister does), all I can do with it is make transparent gifs, and some really poor ones at that. xD

Essence De La Vie I hate to be a pain, but look what I made! 4laugh I had a better one but I messed it up at the last minute. >< The smudging is too obvious. D= You should try whatever magic wand type tool they have, or, if you can, use layers. :O All of the digital art pictures I've seen so far have used layers.

I'll try again tomorrow, my hands are pretty tired now.*did it with a touchpad*

Man, screw all those fancy programs - if I had a tablet I'd be able to work wonders just with paint @_@

Gah! I am so depressed today! emo Nothing seems to be going right, and I'm losing my inspiration for my shop, too. I just can't get anything done anymore. I feel like things are falling apart.
Essence, that's really good for your first one! ^_^

try using the pen tool, it takes a while to figure out how to control it, but it's really good for making selections. you'll have to use it in 'rubber band' mode, and to create a path instead of a shape, but once you figure it out, it's practically perfect for making selections - even better than the magnetic lasso 3nodding
