yes, but they usually are on a ship in the sea. So can't the pirates push them into the water if they are on their ship?

That's true. If the ninja were there to be given the assignment to assassinate Davy Jones, I'm sure they could manage to sneak on his ship. They may not get OFF the ship, but they could probably manage to kill him. 3nodding

Neither pirates nor ninjas will win. They will both lose to the super ninja-pirates. The super ninja-pirates have sneak argh tactics. They sneak up on their enemy and then let out a big "ARGH" thus throwing their enemy off gurd and also confusing them. Plus the have shurikens and swords.
