Jazz giggled, tail flicking behind him, and he handed off the spoon to Eli carefully. "There you go, Eli!" He began making the eggs now, cracking about ten and putting them in the pan. Mmmm, eggs.. "Almost ready!" He said, in case they were getting impatient. One ear twitched and he paused, then looked around. Plates! He'd almost forgotten the plates. He took a few out of the cupboard, putting all of the bacon on one, all of the pancakes on another, then all of the eggs in a bowl, taking all three to the table. Then he took three empty plates along with three forks to the table, giving Coen and Eli one plate and one fork each. "Help yourselves, but leave some for me, too! What would you both like to drink?"

Elijah's eyes lit up and he took the spoon almost reverently then began to clean it in earnest, being careful not to get it all over his face like most kids would. He liked to savor treats like this. When Jazz asked him what he'd like to drink, he paused for a second, eyed the food then answered, "Orange juice, p'ease and tankee."
"Orange juice for me too, p'ease," Coen echoed, putting a couple pieces of bacon on his plate.

The mouse giggled again, then went and got three glasses from the cupboard, placing them on the table. Then he opened the fridge and got out the milk and orange juice, placing both upon the table. He picked up the orange juice again, removed the cap, and then poured it into two glasses. He replaced the cap and put the orange juice on the table, then handed the two glasses to Coen and Eli, then poured some milk out into the third glass for himself. "There! I hope you guys like it!" He said, giggling again, and took a couple pancakes and spooned some eggs onto his plate and began to eat.

Coen thanked Jazz and made sure Eli did too, though it wasn't necessary. The kid had good manners. Then the lion moved to fill up Eli's plate, giving him two pancakes, a slice of bacon and a spoonful of eggs to start him off.
The little foxboy made sure the mixing spoon was spotless then set it down beside his plate and reached for the fork, watching while his XXL buddy made up a plate for him. It looked so good and smelled even better.

His tail twitched behind him as he took a bite of one of the pancakes, then took a sip of milk. "How is it?" He asked the other two hybrids eagerly, hoping they were enjoying it. He took a bite of the eggs next, then a couple more bites.. Mmm, eggs. Especially with cheese, those were good.

Eli had waited as patiently as possible and when the plate was finally in front of him, he pounced and dug in with a vengeance, making yummy noises the whole time he was stuffing his face.
Ducking flying food shavings, Coen snickered then turned to Jazz and smiled. "I think that answers your question," he said, then took a bite of a strip of bacon.

"I can tell Eli likes it," he said with a giggle, taking a sip of his milk. "But do you like it, Coen?" He asked, peering over at the lion hybrid as he posed his question. He was more worried that Coen wouldn't like it than Eli, since the small foxchild was so easy to please.

"I do," Coen answered with a smile then finished off the piece of bacon, wiped his fingers clean on a napkin then reached over to fiddle with Jazz's hair. "Were you worried that I wouldn't?"

He smiled happily, tail twitching. "I'm glad you like it," he said, taking another bite of his pancakes. "Maybe," he managed to say through the fluffy chocolate chip-filled flapjacks. He chewed them a bit more then swallowed, remembering that it was impolite to talk with one's mouth full. "What if I was?"

"You shouldn't be. As far as I'm concerned, you can do no wrong," he replied simply and honestly, then ceased toying with Jazz's hair so he could resume eating. He reached for the eggs first, spooning a healthy helping onto his plate then topped them with cumbled bacon
Eli demolished his first serving, downed half his glass of juice then started sniffing around for seconds. "Jazz? Pass me da pancakes, p'ease."

A blush crept into his cheeks and he couldn't help but smile shyly, and he took another couple bites of eggs to distract him. "Well, I'm glad you both like your breakfast," he said after a few silent moments of chewing. One ear twitched and he looked over at Eli, then realized he wanted the pancakes. Eggs had been a bit -too- distracting.. He put his fork down and picked up the plate of pancakes, and put a couple more onto the little foxchild's plate. "Would you like some more eggs or bacon, too, Eli? Or orange juice?"

Coen covertly watched Jazz the entire time while the mouse blushed and took a couple bites of egg. He was just so cute. And the fluttery feeling he brought to Coen's stomach made the lion smile. He wanted this: Jazz, a family.
Eli grinned and already started in on the pancakes when he heard Jazz's question. "Uhmm," he began then thought to swallow the mouthful first. "Yus, yus and no." 3nodding

The little mousie didn't notice Coen's eyes on him, too busy nodding to Eli and spooning out some eggs onto his plate and giving him a few more pieces of bacon. "I'm glad you like your breakfast, Eli! I'm also glad you have a big appetite, too," he said with a giggle. "I may have to make more!" He picked up his fork and finished off his pancakes and eggs, then got himself some more. Once done, he looked over at his lion-kitty with a smile. "Would you like some more, Coen?"

Coen made sure Eli was engrossed in his food once again before he edged closer to Jazz. "I'm not sure. Your cooking is excellent of course but I can't keep my mind on food with you sitting there, looking so yummy yourself. I want to finish what we started this morning," he whispered into Jazz's ear then nibbled around the edge of it, his breathing a little rough.

He blinked, wondering why the lion was edging closer, but shrugged it off and directed his fork towards his plate. It froze halfway, however, as he heard Coen's words. He stifled a gasp as the lion nibbled his ear, then bit his lip. He took a big piece of his pancake with his fork, then turned and shoved it into the lion's mouth. "Later, kitty cat." He said with a smile, then took a bite of pancake for himself this time.
