Effect: The user makes a blood contract with the Spirit Bear and is able to summon the Bear. There are two members of the Bear summon. The Baby Bear and Lord Bear. The Baby Bear, when summoned can transform into a mighty weapon. Lord Bear, when summoned, can actually fight or can lends the summoner his strength in the form of mighty armor.

Ok Dill THe copy one not approved the strike one un approved cuase its liek teh Water dragon Missle.
Prety tell use what weapon the baby one changes in to add it to the description then you will get it approved.

The last two already exsist except the wall dosent attack. THe dome is a move aswell but its used offensivly. SO no on those two and ball one make it ten CP and your awsome o yea and two for every other ball

Not many peopel cna use S rank jutsus this would be a B rank and then the CP would be 60

Ok i would like to note though you cant use C-S rank as a genin ANd you cna use one C rank but thats around the time of the Chunin exam as a trump card. SO yea i would start to develop less powerfull Jutsus.
