Ris just finished up the dishes and walked still drying his paws to watch. He smiled knowing full well what Velvet had and was happy that she thought of it. He ahd forgotten.
Iro beamed. "I don't mind that they are clip on and not hoops they are gourgeous even though they are just clip-ons. Would you help put them on for me?"

Lasciel had turned a little from the door ready to go if there wasn't and answered so when Mor opened the door and spoke she jumped just slightly. "Oh good, your home. I tend to feel a bit stupid when standing in front of a house with no one home." She stepped inside and stood feeling a bit awkward about just sitting or not. She decided just to take a seat on the end of the couch. "So your the only home again? They are out a lot I'm guessing?"

"Of course," Velvet said as she took the earrings again. She Brushed Iro's hair back and clipped the earrings onto the insides of her ears. She smiled. You could hardly tell they were clip-ons at all!
"Go look in the mirror, Iro. I think you look just lovely."

"Yeah...well I guess they figure we should be able to fend for ourselves by now."
He smiled and sat on the couch beside her, evidently more relaxed than she was.
"So what brings you here?"

Iro ran to a mirror. "I love them." She swung her head making them move. "I do feel a little pressure from them clopping on but thats ok. Thanks a lot." She hugged her mother.

"I was around and felt like visiting again. I haven't been going around bothering the good fae lately. Just not into at the moment." She made herself relax a little more. "My foot better" She smiled and stuck her foot in the air. "It's all thanks to you."

"Yeah it'll feel strange at first, but you'll get used to it by the end of the night I'm sure" Velvet smiled, pleased that she could give those to her daughter. Velvet had eventually grown out of wanting her ears pierced, but she knew that this generation of kids were sometimes more adventurous than she was.
"Hmph...I guess they look alright." Emrys said, studying his sister's newly decorated ears, "You just watch out for how much attention they bring..."
Velvet shook her head. She wondered if Emrys would ever be willing to accept that his sister was, indeed, grown up.

Mor grinned, almost chuckled, at the sight of Las' foot popping up in the air.
"Heh I'm glad. Means you don't have to limp around everywhere you go now."
He let himself chuckle a little bit, and then smiled at her. He couldn't put his finger on it, but something was different about her. He'd had friends before but...really...he felt really comfortable with her.

Iro pranced around. "Your just jealous Emrys." She grinned playfully. "Maybe you should get earrings."

Lasciel blushed thinking about how pathetic she must have looked limping. She never liked being portrayed as weak and thats how she saw it. Though she was fine now.
"So do you just lounge around? I never see you doing much." She smirked. "Is Mor lazy?"

"Not a chance." Emrys said, crossing his arms over his chest, "I don't need earrings...I'd just look like a girl.
Velvet smiled and shook her head at her childrens' teasing. She walked back to her mate and linked her arms into his, watching them.

Mor's ears twitched at the question, "Lazy? Of course not! I'm just...not very easily amused. This forest can just be so boring sometimes."
He shrugged. It was the truth. He really needed to get away from this part of the woods...maybe go someplace more exciting...

((I'm having trouble with Ris and Iro so I wanna postpone them a little bit once I do one last post.))
Ris gently sqeezed velvet arm in a loving way. "I think it may be time for bed. I'm pretty tired myself."
Iro giggled at Emrys. "No you'd be cute, I've seen Male Fae with peirced ears. They don't look girly to me. But anyway," She paused and started walking to her room. "I'm gonna read myself to sleep. Love you all. Goodnight." She blew them kisses and trotted to her room happily.

Lasciel smiled. "Where would you rather be?" She wanted to learn more about him. And she felt the same. Not finding enjoyment anymore and wanted more. Taugnting the Fae around the same area got real boring after awhile.

Aoi Shinu "I just thought I'd take a stroll actually. Would you like to join me?"
Nash tilted his head toward her slightly, waiting for her answer. He knew a place he thought she'd probably love. He really hadn't had any distinct plans for the day...but this seemed perfect.
"That sounds great," she said, trying not to sound too excited. She didn't want to come off as desperate. She always had that fear.
She wondered where he would take her. Would it be romantic? Would it be cheesy? She could feel herself already obsessing over this and tried to stop. Obsession always ruins things, and she did not want to ruin this. She would die if she ruined her chances with him.

Velvet nodded her head slowly, "Yes...I think it's time we all got some sleep. Goodnight children." She smiled at her two little ones and followed her mate to their bedroom. Emrys was quick to hurry off to his too, happy to be finished with this conversation...at least for tonight.

"Anywhere I guess...just not here in this same old boring place. I mean...it's not to say I don't have a great life here...but sometimes you just.....I don't know....yearn..."
He looked over at Las, wondering if she understood at all. Honestly, he felt like he was just spewing nonsense.

"Well, then let's go."
Nash stood up and offered the girl his arm. His favorite thing in the entire world was to have a beautiful girl on his arm...and this was so exception.
He could tell of course that she was a little shy, and maybe timid, so he watched her for any sign of offense. He never tried to be forward, but hs knew he sometimes came across as such.
"I think you'll love this place I'm about yo show you..."

Aoi Shinu Toasti Toko flashed her a smile. "Good morning. Did you sleep well?" He stretched once more and gave a small yawn before sitting up again. He looked out the window and just shook his head, his smile still there. "Looks like it's past morning, actually. So good afternoon, LaLa."
Lala stood up, now past her morning drabness and stretched her arms out over her head.
"How bout some breakfast? er...lunch? I make this great scrambled egg-and cheese-and salmon dish."

LaLa smiled and nodded, heading off to the kitchen. She made a horrible racket getting her pots and pans down and preparing a fire. LaLa had always been a noisy cook, being a bear with more strength than any of the people she'd grown up with. She started the fire, cracked some eggs into a pan, and let them cook while she chopped salmon.
Once the salmon was chopped, she poured it into the pan along with some cheese and started to push it all together. The smell of it was delightful, and made her mouth water even as she prepared it.
"I think you're going to love this," she called out from the kitchen...which was barely separated from the living room by a large protruding piece of rock at the side of the cave.
She finished up quickly and served the dish on two shell plates. She served it with two nice tall glasses of milk.

She wanted to be with him, maybe go with, though she felt she might be a little too hurried to find someone but then. She saw him and wanted to know him first. No one else mattered. She let out a smile as she thought about him finding a place elsewhere with her.

((Busy Easter weekend!))
"Great," he said with a grin.
He began walking, making sure she was alongside him, and led her into the woods. He seemed confident, he knew where he was going.
"So tell me, Uccide, what is it that you like to do?"
Nash loved meeting new people and learning about them. The differences in pasttimes were so vast out there.

"Yeah..." He thought about it for a minute, allowing a daydream to enter his mind for a moment before shaking it away.
Meh...this was boring...sitting here like this while they talked about adventures. That was exactly their problem. They were just sitting there talking about it.
"Come on," he said, getting up, "let's go take a walk."
