"True..." Long said as he followed Rin. Upon reaching the table as he set his tray down. He pulled out his seat and waited for Rin to sit down. He watched her carefully, but this time it was just out of keeping contact instead of his unsual observing.
"So...Do you know anything about fighting?" Long said as he slightly turned his head to follow Rin. He wanted to see what she would know about fighting before he would start anything. This approach was very different from before instead of telling her something, he was asking her what she knew.
Being curious and the thought conscious type was very surprising coming from Long. It was almost as if he were in the balance of being less Long like, and more of this other person. He couldn't understand, but a look of confusion ran across his face as he began to wonder why he was acting strange.

Rin reached the table and set her tray down lightly, before letting herself fall somehow gracefully into a chair. She picked up a fork, and poked one of the pancakes a couple times before shifting her gaze back to Long at his question.
"...no," she admitted. "I don't know a think. I've tried to get some of the guards to teach me, but my mother wouldn't allow it." She frowned to herself, and then began cutting a piece from her food, then picked it up with her fork, after taking a second to smear the piece ito a puddle of syrup.
She cast him a quick glance, and stared a moment longer than she meant to when she saw his expression. Was that confusion? What was he confused about? She couldn't ask him if he was ok again though. She'd already asked that at least twice. So she just fixed him with a stare, almost without meaning to, as she watched him almost curiously.

"Hmm...Well-" Long cut off and held his head with his right hand. He placed it over the place in which the chunk of debris from earlier. It was losing it's effect as Long was changing back to normal. He took a deep breath and relaxed his shoulders regaining his fierce eyes, and his cold, unpertained face found its way back on his face.
"Ugghh...What the hell...." Long said as he rubbed his head as his pain went away. He turned his attention back to Rin, "Alright, so your mother would not allow you to fight? That is very unfortunate...You know when you find out that you are not made out of glass, nothing else matters," Long said as he looked at his plate, and reached over to grab the salt and pepper.
Shaking both lightly over his food, he then turned his attention back to Rin, "...You called me my name again..." Long said as he fixated his stare on her, but it turned into a half smile. It was almost a clear message that Long was back to normal. He lightly gave a smile while still maintaining his eyes at her, this one being a new one, "We'll find out what you're made of, but I'm not one to teach you about fighting...I think I might have to ask Genbu to do this part..." Long said. He wasn't clear how he would teach her how to fight, but long never adressed what kind of fighting Rin would be doing.
"Eat enough, we have a long day ahead Rin..." Long said finally setting down the shakers and cutting a hunk of the food stack on his plate with the fork without looking. He somehow managed to cut an equalateral triangle out. He lifted the piece and brought it toward himself and stopped for a moment to let Rin think on this. He slowly watched her whilst thinking and awaiting Rin's response.

Rin continued staring at him, finally blinking when he suddenly cut off, and rubbed his head with a small complaint. But he recovered quickly enough, and went on speaking. She hesitated, and then slowly nodded her head. "Yeah, well... I'm an only child, so she's overprotective." It'd taken forever to convince her mother to let her into this school, and even that hadn't really been enough. It was when she was caught sneaking out that finally let her.
She blinked again, breaking from her thoughts when he mentioned her earlier stating of his name. "...yes," she mumbled, fixing him with a frown. He seemed more familiar and... normal, if you could call it that. He'd already changed back? She supposed that should be a relieving thought, but she wasn't sure. She should've tried to enjoy it more, or something.
Letting out a tiny sigh, she started once more to eat, and was stopped again. She froze for a moment, and then stared at him in surprise. "Genbu? Was that the bigger guy?" she asked, sounding a little nervous. "Are you serious?" She was under the impression that he and the other guy had something against Long, or... something. She wasn't really sure, but she knew she didn't trust them. "...would he actually agree, do you think?" Now she sounded a little more curious, than nervous, though the latter was still present in her tone.

"Well, Genbu wasn't necessarily the scary looking one..." Long smirked. He lightly turned to face his for of food as it went in and he chewed lightly. After properly chewing and swallowing, he continued.
"Genbu isn't the type to be overly ambitious, he's a former monk, he will help before anything else...I better reserve an appointment from him today..." Long said as he set his fork down by the plate as he reached into his pocket. Pulling out what appeared to be a black and blue cell phone, he hesitated for a moment, "Well, do you want to do this or not?" Long said turning his head lightly.
He waited slightly and gave a rather unsure smile. He knew Genbu would help, in fact he knew very well that he might help Rin on htis half better than he would. Genbu, who was a master monk, and a formal teacher was the one who would help Rin with fighting. Rin in one thought, might have a hard time learning from Genbu since he was very different in contrast to Long.

Rin frowned, shaking her head slightly. She'd said he was the bigger one, not the scariest one. But, she kept quiet, instead taking a bite of her own food. The next bit of news surprised her though, and she glanced back towards Long. A monk? That was... unexpected. Then again, she didn't really know anything about any of them. Just that they were part of an organization.
Her eyes flicked towards the phone, and she hesitated before slowly shrugging her shoulders. "I guess... so..." she replied with a bit of reluctance. She really wasn't sure about this, but Long seemed certain that he'd help so...
She blinked, pushing aside her worry for a moment as she turned back to her plate. She cut a triangle from the pancakes, all three at once, and simply popped that semi-large bite into her mouth, chewing silently as she gazed fixedly at her plate.

((sorry I havnt been able to respond soo much lately, yesting and work are cramming in on me))
Long only smirked, "Ok, but remember, Genbu isn't as free accelerated as I am," Long said as he pressed several numbers. Waiting as the dial tone was connecting the call, someone picked up. Long stared at his food as he waited for his brother to pick up. He was getting impatient as he lightly sprinkled salt and pepper on again with ihs free hand.
"What do you want Basahara?" A voice asked almost in demand. Almost sounded cranky and half awake. This person obviously was out too late partying or was an afternoon person. Whatever the matter this person didn't really wanna talk too much in the morning, especially after waking up.
"Good morning Genbu, remember Rin? I need you to teach her everything behind fighting..." Long asked almost politely in sarcasm. His tone was nice, but how he said it spoke otherwise.
"...Alright...meet me in that training facility in about 2 hours..." Genbu replied as he hung up.
Long shut off his phone and put it away. He turned his head lightly, and smirked, "Your oppointment with Genbu is in 2 hours...Also let this also be a lesson in which it isn't what you say, it's how you say it..." Long said as he turned his attention to his food. He lightly cut into his food and took another section out in on fell chew and swallow, "You have been rather quiet, did I do something wrong?" Long asked as he turned his head.

[It's fine! Work over Gaia. ^^;]
Rin tried distracting herself by continuing her meal, and ate silently as she watched Long. She listened in to his half of the conversation, but was unable to hear Genbu's reply. So she waited, as patiently as she could, until Long had hung up and faced her, another smirk upon his face. She frowned lightly, and slowly nodded her head. "Alright."
She then continued eating, cutting a triangle through the stack of three, and popping them into her mouth. She got a little chocolate on her lip, and quickly licked it off before swallowing and facing Long again. "No, it's fine," she replied a little shortly.
In truth, she was a little nervous, but was refusing to show it. Because of this, she was letting herself be even quieter than normal. Though, she also just didn't have anything to say. But since he'd asked, she paused, and poked the pancakes lightly with her fork. "So how exactly.. does he teach?" Maybe she should've asked this before agreeing... Well, too late now.

"Difficult, even for me to explain..." Long said as he picked up his napkin and wiped some chocolate that she seemed to have missed over. Taking back the napkin, "Cleanliness is key..." Long said as he tuned in to Rin's question a bit more. He then cut into mor of his plate, in which he was almost done with it now.
He sat back in his chair more and then after minutes of thought, "Well, I will tell you that your war is not a tyrannical one, but it is instead...a spiritual one..." Long said as he finally lifted up the last piece of his mess, and ate it. He then picked up the plate and threw it like a frizbee into the trashcan as he licked his fingers slightly. As he finished he wiped his hands with a napkin from the dispenser on the table.
He had no clue about what Genbu was going to do, but he knew him well enough that he would do a much better job on this part that Long could hismelf. He would only trust him only for this briefing though, he then looked over at Rin to make sure she ate enough.

Rin watched him curiously, but blinked, slightly surprised, when he got the chocolate. But she quickly shrugged it off and slowly nodded her head in reply to his words, even though she was slightly confused. She let a tiny sigh escape as she ate another bite, trying to figure out what was going to happen. Of course, she had absolutely no idea.
Frowning to herself, she swallowed and then ate a bit more, now nearly done. Her eyes flicked towards Long's plate as he threw it away, and then back to her own. "Alright," she mumbled quietly, smearing the pancake she'd stabbed around in some syrup.
She quickly finished the last few bites, wiped her face with a napkin, and turned to look at him. "K," she said simply. "I'm ready." I think.

"That has to be the most unsure 'alright' and 'I'm ready' I have ever heard..." Long said as he took off of his seat and stood up pushing the chair back in.He was joking, and putting in some of his odd humor, but he meant well. He almost seemed about how unsure this would turn out, he knew Genbu would probably inhibit most of the total randomness that Long himself incorporated.
"Well, since you say you are ready, we'll be on our way..." Long said as he patted Rin lightly on her head and began to head to the door, he turned his head 180 degress again, this time attracting the attention of some people to stare at him.
"Coming?" Long smirked lightly. He didn't want to be late, after all. He did ask Genbu for an appointent. Genbu himself was a very famous psychologist and therapist, known of his enlightening tehcniques. Making an appointment with someone of his status was a very big favor and would seem rather selfish or rude if they were late.

Rin just shrugged, frowning slightly again. She really was uncertain, and had no idea what to expect. But then again, that was how things were with Long as well, and the reason she wore long pants today. She was still thankful that she'd done that. How would training go if she had been wearing a skirt, or a dress? Not very good.
She closed her eyes for the moment he patted her head, and then slowly got to her feet, despite her uneasiness, and trailed after him. He definitely was back to normal, slouching and twisting his head around like usual. And he kept smirking at her, which she found a little irritating. "Yeah, I'm coming," she replied, a little coldly.
She thought, for a split second, of pretending like she was sick, but realized she probably wouldn't be able to forgive herself if she did try something like that. So she just trailed after him, frowning fixedly at the ground.

Akira sighed in relief as he came upon the cafateria. The smell of food had his mouth watery even before he walked in. Before going in he re-summoned Fang, deciding that he deserved a treat. He picked up pace as he walked into the cafateria and walked up to the line. After sliding his card through the machine it took Akira mere moments before he had a large order of six egg rolls, ten rolls of sushi, one full cooked eel, four large bear ribs, a big slab of corned beef, two pieces of corn bread, and ten muffins, all blueberry, and two root beers.
Akira was unusually skinny for the ammount of food he ate. He ate heaps of food but never gained any significant weight from it. At most maybe five pounds a day, but that was easily burned off by daily visits to the training center. As he recieved his food, Akira silently picked out a table to sit at while he patiently waited for Sora and Dalucien.

Sora watched quietly as Akira went in and out of line for food, and she blinked, watching him pile on food. She gasped when he went to pick out a table, eyeing the mountain of food he had on his plate. How could anyone eat that much and stay that thin?! Sora shyly went into the lucn line, her eyes going from purple to pink, and she got a salad and a chocolate chip muffin. Dalucien, however, simply got a hamburger, and left it at that. Now, he actually looked more like a person that went to school. He now wore a t-shirt with a black long-sleeved shirt underneath. The sleeves were puched up to his elbows, however. He also had a black hat on, dog-tags on a chain, and blue jeans.
Sora sat down across from Akira, the food looking bigger up close. She once more rubbed Fang's head, growing quite attatched to the wolf. She tooks small bites of her salad, really enjoying it. She thought for a moment, then looked at Dalucien. His food was already gone. He was sitting right next to her, and his food was already gone. He must've been hungry, or he fed the food to the wolf. "Dalucien...?" She asked, and he looked at her and said, "I ate it."

"Here ye go Fang," Akuma said as he grabbed the bear ribs carefully, so as to not get any of the sauce on his fingers, and tossed them over to Fang, who ate them gratefully. After Fang had receiced his food, Akira took a muffin and took a rather large bite out of it. "So, if I'm right in guessing, you have the power to turn invisible. Are there any other powers you posses?" Akira asked after he had swallowed the bite of muffin.
