He looked at her as he slid from the tree branch, he ran his two fingers across his blade. "Muriuu Jinpuriuu." He chanted as he continued to run his fingers to the edge of the blade. He looked at her once more before he shouted. "Jinpuu!" He slashed the ground makeing the wind it a ground blast towards, it was more of a nid wind cutting blade thing. But he knew that it would still hit her no matter what. {I am off for tonight.}

Kana's eyes widened and then squeezed shut as she gathered wind in front of her, forming another almost solid wall. So when the wind hit her, she simply fell backwards, flipping in the air and landing on her feet. She did wobble slightly, but caught herself fairly quickly. Her eyes opened again as she stared at him, looking quite pitiful with her ears drooping. She didn't understand why he was doing this.. She just wanted her mom back.

Akiio looked a t her silenlty and then looked into her eyes and sighed once more. His fun was causing her alot of pain and he couldn't stand for the pain of others unless they are in battle. He reached for the necklace and took it off. He looked at it again then realized that it was a different person in the picture. He closed it and walked over to her holding his hand out and giving it to her.

Kana's ears perked, expression hopeful when he took off the necklace. She inched towards him, watching carefully. She didn't know if he was mean enough to try throwing it away or something. But when he actually walked towards her and held it out, she accepted it quickly, examining it carefully for damage. Then she bowed her head, despite what had happened, eyes shut. "Thank you very much!" she cried, the necklace clutched in both hands.

Amaya watched the pair fight from her place in the tree. She smirked at the girl, who seemed very attached to the necklace. She absently wondered why, but pushed it from her mind. She rolled her eyes and snorted when the male gave up and handed the item of value back.
Aika too was watching the duel. She turned to Amaya when the necklace was given back. "Awww! Wasn't that cute? Squeeee!" she said happily to her twin.
"No..." Amaya said flatly, giving her sister a blunt gaze.
Aika looked at her sister in shock. "What?!?!" she exclaimed.
Amaya laughed shortly. "Hmph. It was weak. He gave up to easily," she sighed. "If he was a true fighter he would've showed no remorse... no weakness. He caved! He succumbed to the pressures of defeat," she said coldly.

"It was wrong of me to take something that didn't belong to me and takeing to hold my own fun out of it. Gomen Nasaii, my name is Akiio no Asoishi. What may I ask is your name?" He looked at her, his human form as a ninja yet concealing the bitter image of his demon and angelic forms.

Kana blinked, caught off guard by the apology. From what she'd seen, he didnt seem the type, but she was kind of relieved. She allowed herself to relax slightly as she raised her head again to look at him. "I'm Kana Oshiru," she said, holding out a pale, clawed hand towards him. Her other was holding the necklace tightly, gently against her chest.

Akane entered the courtyard almost silently, bare feet not making a sound as they passed over the grass. She wore a black tank top, and a pair of black pants but, as mentioned, owned no shoes. Her tail was trailing lazily behind her, ears flattened back for no particular reason. She puched a few strands of her thick brown hair from her face, and stared around with an almost bored expression, dark red eyes taking in her surroundings. "Hmm..." she said quietly.
Someone from behind her chuckled, but only a select few would be able to hear. He was a spirit who had taken a liking to Akane, finding her interesting. The male was tall, nearly six feet. He dwarfed Akane in size, as she only stood at five feet, five inches. He peered down at her, shaggy hair in his eyes. "Seems normal enough," he said simply.
"Yes..." she replied softly, then slowly stooped down to pick up a small black kitten from the ground. He mewed quietly, peering around through yellow eyes. This particular kitten was, strangely, lacking a heartbeat, though he seemed perfectly normal by appearance. For this reason, Akane spoke up again. "But things are not always as they seem." She stood silently in the middle of the courtyard, just taking everything in.

Kyo skipped into the area making loud sounds when his boots would hit on the floor and every time he moved the bell on the end of his collar would ring. A kreepy and wide smile was placed on his face that read "Yes, I am crazy, thank you for noticing." Once he got out of breath he decided to calm down a bit and look around. Maybe he could meet a few kids and they could, maybe, play tag? He was in a very hyper mood at the moment. Something in the greenhouse must have changed his attitude, he was so calm just a moment before. "Who shall Kyo-kyo-kiki talk to today?" Kyo asked himself, slowly progressing towards his 'more calm' self. He twitched his black neko ears left, then right and listened for footsteps. There were quite a few walking around here. "Oh, so many people, yes yes, this school year will end up fun I think." Kyo said to himself and panned the area for someone that looked interesting to him. He then gazed down at his black and white shirt. "Some how, this seems to confused me...." He said to himself then snapped out of it, raising his head. He noticed a neko girl, it must have been someone new because he has never seen many neko girls around here before. 'Say hello? Go ahead!' He thought, then all of a sudden became much more calm. He started to walk towards the girl, but paid no attention to the spirit that stood next to her. It was like he couldn't even see him. "Hello." He said calmly and in a deep voice.

Akane effectively ignored the neko who skipped into the courtyard with such a commotion, instead continuing to gaze around at everyone else, wondering if this place really was more than it seemed. Because, as of now, it seemed rather boring... Maybe she should just turn around and leave. She still had her bag over her shoulder after all, as she'd come straight from checking in.
She turned the ID card over in her fingers, glancing at it for a second or two, before her ears twitched, hearing someone approach. She blinked, then turned her head to look up at the male, staring blankly for a second or two before bowing her head slightly in greeting. "Hello," she replied, looking confused. Hadn't he been skipping a second ago, and smiling goofily? But the expression lasted only a second until it slipped into a rather grim smile. "I am Akane," she introduced herself, extending a clawed hand currently wrapped in bandages. Kuro, the small kitten she held, mewed quietly from her arm, peering curiously at the male.
Sei leaned forward on Akane's shoulder, staring at the male as well. He wasn't sure if he could see him or not so, quite randomly, he spoke up. "Nice weather we're having, don't you agree?"

Kyo slight leaned forward and extended his hand as well out towards hers for a hand shake. "I'm Kyo, Harashima's the last name, not important though." He said then Kyo firmly grabbed a hold of her hand, he did noticed that it was wrapped in bandages so he didn't grab a hold of her hand to tightly to make sure he wasn't hurting her in the slightest way. " Cute kitty." He said with a smile, though something seemed so lifeless and cold blooded about the kitten, he didn't ask about it though.
His ears twitched as he heard a voice. "hmm? Oh the weather is fine I guess, it would be better if it were raining, though." He answered but with a puzzled look on his face. "Now... was that an invisible person?" He asked, waving his hand around to see if he would find him, but he felt nothing but dead air.
[bad pun ;P]

[Yay, pun! xD]
Akane watched him, listening in silence. When the 'cute kitty' was mentioned, her grim smile grew a bit wider as she adjusted him in her grasp. "Yes... His name is Kuro," she informed him, watching as Kuro let out another small mew. He seemed normal enough on the outside, at least. Her ears twitched as well when Sei spoke, the spirit leaning against her shoulder still. The weather? What an odd thing to bring up... But she glanced back towards Kyo when he replied, smile slipping into a slight smirk. So he couldn't see?
Sei grinned as Kyo's hand passed right through him, shrugging his shoulders. He could make himself solid as will, but currently chose not to. Well, except for his arms, which were still pressing down on Akane. "Only invisible to some," he replied, leaning a bit more heavily upon Akane, so that the smaller neko had to lean forward slightly under his weight. She stayed silent for a moment, and then nodded her head, completely ignoring Sei for the moment. "I like rain too," she agreed, absently staring towards the fountain. She was a neko, yes, but she didn't really mind water.

"Ahh.. okay I get it. I think I can get used to that voice." He said and shifted his gaze to see what Akane was looking at, and it seemed most likely that she was gazing at the fountain. Kyo then shifted his gaze yet again, this time towards the kitten, Kuro. "Can I pet him?" He asked, hoping that he could. He always liked cats, and they usually liked him back if he was in his calm mood. Kyo nodded his head, "Yes, rain, I think, it very wonderful. It feels good on my skin. I like the wind too, and how it tickles my ears...." He trailed off and started to become more quiet, but still maintaned his deep voice.you're rambling to much.. He thought, it was probably one of the first times he's thought or said that to himself. He usualy didn't care if he was going on and on about something.

Sei nodded, slowly easing off of Akane's shoulders and slipped around her to Kyo's side. The six foot spirit stood there for a second or two, and then slowly set his arm on Kyo's shoulder, using him to hold himself up. "Well that's nice," he said cheerfully. "Because I don't think I'm leaving any time soon."
Akane watched them both quietly, then shook her head slightly. "Don't mind him, he's obnoxious," she said bluntly, ignoring the look of shock Sei shot her. She knew he was playing. Instead she glanced down to Kuro and then slowly extended the kitten a little away from herself. "Of course..." she said softly, wondering if Kyo would catch on about him. Or, at lesat become supsicious. Kuro, after all, was lacking a heartbeat, and he wasn't exactly as warm as one would suspect either.
She fell silent for a second or two, listening to Kyo ramble about the rain before trailing off suddenly. She simply blinked, and then nodded her head. "It does..." she agreed thoughtfully. She'd never paid attention to that before, but the wind really did tend to tickle her ears. The thought brought a faint smile to her face, neither grim nor a smirk, but an actual smile. Though it was faint, it was better than she normally gave.

Kyo gave a nervouse laugh as the spirit came up behind him and leand on his shoulders. "That's okay, I really don't mind spirits as long as they don't play tricks... like.... trip you and stuff when you dont expect it." He said shrugging his shoulders a bit. He looked down at the kitten as she held it out towards him, then extended his hand and placed three of his fingers on the back of the lil kittens neck. Slowly he moved his fingers smoothly down his back. He did the same routine about three or five times, feeling the cold and seemingly dead kittens fur. 'It feels so...dead... How can this thing move?' He thought, then looked up and noticed a meek smile upon Akane's face, causing him to also do the same, only a bit wider. He paused for a minute, thinking of how to word his questions. "So, Akane, this kitten... Why is this kitten so cold and lifeless?" He asked, knowing that he would probably get an answer to this. She didn't seem like a type of person to hide things.
