[It's fine. I'm watching a movie. xD]
Kana took a deep breath, and then slowly lifted her head again, a weak smile upon her face. "Ok," she laughed, and then pointed her finger at him. "You've now been promoted from big brother, to bodyguard!" That sort of had a hidden meaning, in her mind. She didn't say brother and bodyguard, she said brother to bodyguard, and to her, there was quite a big difference. But her smile grew brighter as she made herself cheer up instantly. Now that she knew he wasn't mad, she was allowing herself to be happy that she'd found him again as well. She'd actually missed him a lot too. She'd been really lonely here, spending all her time alone with nothing to do.

Koichi grinned at her. "I'll do my best! And I'll make sure you never leave my sight," he said proudly and confidentally, although he ment it; he never wanted her to leave his sight. He was scared that one day she'd be gone again and then he wouldn't find her after that. He knew, though, that he couldn't spend every moment of every day with her, though, so he had to become used to it, and stop being paranoid. He just looked at her, the grin still on his face, and gave a small wink, as though of reassurance.

[Tenacious D, the Pick of Destiny. =o Also, 'and' means he's still a brother, but 'to' means he's not, and that means she's allowed to like him. xDD]
Kana nodded her head, ears perking again and tail flicking happily. "Ok," she nodded. "Make sure you do that, or I might fire you!" She grinned though, even as she spoke in a threatening tone, and then spun in a circle, staring around them. "What do you want to do then?" she asked, glancing at him over her shoulder. "How long have you been here? Have you gotten a room, or eaten? How've you been?" Then she fell silent, just watching him, waiting to see if he'd answer the various questions she'd just let slip out all at once.

ll i think this is my last post; sorry xD It's almost 1, after all >< ll
Koichi laughed, hearing all her questions. "You sure know how to load questions on someone," he teased. However, he proceeded to answer all the questions she'd asked; if he hadn't, he'd probably feel bad, he knew. "I'll make sure to not let you leave my sight, don't worry! I've been here for a day or so, I do actually have a dorm though i haven't been to it yet... I've eaten quite recently, actually," he said, slightly sweatdropping as he remembered that one beer- there's no way he could be tipsy from that- "and I've been fine. Now, what about you?" he questioned, turning everything back to her. However, he didn't answer what he wanted to do, since he honestly didn't know; he just wanted to be with her.

Kana spun back around so she was facing him, head tilted to one side as she listened to his replies. "Oh, ok," she nodded with a smile, and then began shifting slightly in place when he asked her. "Um, I've been alright," she said, sounding a little uncertain. But a second later, she shook it off and the smile returned in full. "I've been here for probably over a month, so I have a room and I ate..." She trailed off, thinking to herself. "...a few days ago," she admitted, rubbing the back of her head sheepishly. "But I'm not hungry, and I'm not sure what I want to do."

Hallie and Devon walked out to the east court yard with a smile as they both let their wings out. Hallie unlinked arms with Devon and skipped down the pathways with her hair flowing behide her. She found a nice tree and sat under it as the sun was slowly going down but it wouldn't be down for a while. It was only 4:30 but in the winter it got dark quicker.
Hallie sat under the tree and her long brown wavy hair blew into her face. She used her hand to wipe the hair out of her face but the wind blew some of it back right over her left eye. Hallies short purple dress was blowing as she sat on her knees so that the dress wouldn't go up and show her underwear to the whole east court yard yet alone Devon.
Devon looked at Hallie and smiled then he leaned against the tree standing beside her as she sat. Hallie was like a sister to him but he kind of liked her alittle bit in a different way. He knew that Hallie didn't like him that way so he was fine with it. Hallie looked up and smiled at Devon.
As they watched the clouds pass by in the highlighted sky of the sun turning into dark.

Nex opened the large door that led out into the East Coutyard and let a small smile cross his face as the wind ruffled his hair. He loved the feeling that he got when he was outside, it felt almost as if every care in the world were lifted off his shoulders one by one making the relief of it all incredible. He walked onto the path and began to walk to the farther part of the area. He glanced at people as he passed them and he saw a girl in particular that he thought was rather pretty but from the way the boy was standing almost defensively beside her he supposed she was taken. He averted his gaze to a tree a little farther down and he settled himself underneath it as he twirled his ring, staring up at the sky.

Hallie looked over at an older teenage boy. He looked alittle younger the Devon but he was most likly older then Her. Hallie smiled then slowly got up as she saw the guy sat under a tree near the one they were at. She looked up at Devon and tugged on his shirt. "Lets go say hi to him..." she said with a smile.
Devon looked down at her and smiled happy that she wanted to make friends. Hallie walked over to the guy and smiled with her hands behide her back looking down at his cutely. "Hi, I'm Hallie..." She smiled and hopped he was a nice guy and not someone who would just say go away and make her run over to Devon cring.
Devon stood by the tree watching her. His face lite up with happiness as she smiled at the teenaged guy trying to make a new friend. Devon sat down and looked at the sky as it got alittle darker.

Nex was just about to get up when he looked around to see the girl from before walking over to him. No one had ever come up and talked to him before and he wasn't sure if he was going to like it or not. On the bright side at least it was getting darker so he felt more comfortable with his surroundings and he would be more tolerant. He sighed as she began to introduce herself and prepared to try and be asnice as he possibly could. "Umm....Hi. I'm Nex," he said softly as he stood up and extended his hand. He had learned that shaking hands was usually expected by most but he wasn't sure if it was the custom with her. He was surprised to see that the boy with her was still sitting by the tree and was just smiling over at them like he didn't mind. Maybe he had gotten the wrong impression and they were only friends.

Hallie smiled then looked at his hand and gave him a hand shake. "It's nice to meet you Nex." She smiled then looked at over at Devon and saw Nex looking over at him for a second. "Thats my friend Devon." She smiled then sat next to Nex. Devon smiled then closed his eyes leaning his head back against the tree.
Hallie looked at Nex. "Are you new here?" She asked him smiling still. "Because I am..Same with Devon but he's only here to take care of me...Because are parents both died..." She sighed then leaned against the tree looking at Nex.

"A few days ago?" Koichi repeated, slightly in disbeleif. "Come now, Kitty," he said gently, "why haven't you eaten in so long?" Although he knew she hated people worrying about her, he couldn't help but do so at the moment. In anycase, he didn't know what the two of them should do, and if he had to, he'd drag her off to eat.

Nex sighed as he sat back down and the sky darkened more."Yeah I'm new as well. I'm sorry to hear that," he said in response to the news. He wasn't willing to offer up any of his past so he looked for something to change the subject too. "So do you like it here so far?" he asked as he looked over at her then he looked away when he met her gaze. He was really shy and when it came to making eyes contact he avoided it at all cost. The sun was setting now, sending colors across the sky. "It's so beautiful," he said as he looked up at the sky, all of the colors reflecting in his silver eyes.

Hallie smiled then nodded. "Yeah it's cool here so far." She told him then sighed as she saw him look away from her. She looked up at the sky and smiled. "Yeah....It's really pretty." She told him smiling then stood up and using her arms to jump up onto a tree branch and sit there. She crossed her legs so nobody could see up her short dress. Hallie's Wings twitched in the wind.
Devon got up and walked over to Hallie and the guy she was talking to. "Hallie, I think we should go get something to eat soon..." He said with a smiled then looked down at the guy she was talking to. Hallie smiled looking down at Devon. "Ok, i'm getting hungry." She smiled then looked over at Nex wondering if he'd like to come to the Cafeteria with them.

Nex was surprised by her easy agility and the way it was so easy for her to jump up there meant that she wasn't as slight as she seemed. Then again she had wings so that probably helped with it. He stood as they were approached by her friend and he stretched. "Do you mind if I tag along? I was going to go get something to eat soon anyway," he said softly as he looked at Devon then at Hallie then down at the ground. He couldn't believe that he was actually trying to be associate with people but he figured if he had to endure this school he might as well have someone to talk to besides he was interested in knowing more about Hallie.

Hallie smiled then jumped down. "Sure...You can come with us It will be fun." She smiled then put her hand out to help him up. Hallie looked at Devon and smiled. Devon smiled back then nodded. "Yeah I agree It might be fun." He smiled then started to walk as Hallie waited for her new friend.
