((ok, so what's the deal with the shards and pendant? Are the shards scattered through the realms or something?))

((The shards are shattered throughout this realm, but Durithill is going to summon them to himself and fix the pendent. That's the plan at least.))

("Well, it's actually a little more complex than that. You see, I have one of them, and Raine has three of them, but one of them she shattered. How about you just say you're trying to 'steal' one for some reason...?")

((Okay, I'll just make up an excuse for stealing it then.))
Nargarensis had killed all but one of the old demonic council. He had come accross something interesting in the home of his last victim however. He found a note about a pendant that could revive the dearly departed. What's more is that there was also a report from a spy saying that the pendant was broken into shards and that certain people had the pieces. Nargarensis licked his lips, as if to taste the raw power that could be bestowed upon the user of the pendant, as he read the report. Finishing up he set off and, using the identifications listed in the report, searched the area where the spy said the holders of the shards were. He soon came accross three people who matched the descriptions listed in the spy report. Nargarensis' eyes widened when he realized that Durithill was one of the holders. Nargarensis krept around them to get close and he listened in on their conversation for a few moments. He had to pick the right time to strike or else it would all be ruined. Thus, in the darkness, he waited.

(Okay, sounds good)
Suddenly, lowering her voice, Violent briskly turned her head towards a sound that she had heard just a moment ago. Her eyes narrowed as she scanned the area. "What was that sound? Where was it from? Was it just the wind, no I could have swore I heard something."
Glancing back at Shiero and Durithill only for a split second, Violent grinned widly before directing her attention back towards 'the sound'. "You know it's not nice to spy..." She spoke with a sense of teasing her her voice.
When she heard no answer, Violent went red in the face and bellowed even louder. "Hey, did you hear me? Come out!" She clenched her hands, looking round the area that surround her.

"You don't need to yell. He's close enough to hear us talk." Durithill said calmly, still staring at Violent.

Nargarensis narrowed his eyes. Their hearing is more acute than I thought. No matter, they'll dismiss it if they don't find anything; unless they're as violent as me that is. Nargarensis thought to himself and smiled. Luckily for him though where they were looking was in fact a few feet from his actual location so he still had the advantage of at least partial surprise.

Violent glanced at Durithill coldly, growling under her breath so he wouldn't hear her. Who does he think he is telling me what to do huh...?! She thought harshly to herself, making an annoyed expression which flashed to her face.
As she looked back at the spot to where she was looking, Violent narrowed her eyes even more, as though she was straining them. Who was this 'sound'? She knew that someone was there... she wouldn't give up hope.
As moments passed, Violent angry began to rise. She growled once again, swiftly reaching for the hilt of her whip, flashing it out in front of her, starting to walk towards the bushes, the whip drawn at her side. "Fine... if you're not going to come out, I guess I'll just have to find you...!" She spoke aloud harshly, bringing her whip up to her shoulder, slowly bringing it down upon the bush. With that, she began to hack away at all the bushes that came her way. I'm going to find you, I know you're there...

"...Sister.." Raine spoke in a low voice, her head was lowered. Her eyes were half-lidded, making her seem like she was tired... "I know I am not father... nor will I be anything close to him.. ever." Sheiro's fingers curled tightly around Durithill's hand before her head rose. A deep, angered expression was spread across her face as her lips parted for her to speak--
Shifting her eyes in the direction of where her sister was screaming, Sherio slipped her hand from Durithill's and shifted her staff into the hand that was originally pressed against Durithill's. Her fingers wrapped around the shaft of the weapon firmly in casual, but defensive position... My, how she was rash. Raine sighed internally and made a mental note not to ever act so horribly. Thank the heavens she turned out differntly...

Not even listening to the comment that Shiero had given, Violent concentrated on the task in front of her. Swishing her whip around recklessly. Her face altered however when a sound of a low shift was heard. Turning around almost immediately, a confused expression reaching her face, Violent looked at her sister, standing there in her defensive position. Just what was she doing? A weak sigh passed Violent's lips as she placed her whip against her left shoulder, her right arm resting against her hip. Opening her mouth to speak, Violent stopped, wondering what truely to say. She shrugged her shoulders, narrowing her eyes, staring at the angered opponent in front of her, drawing her weapon out towards her, waiting for Raine to make the first move.

She got the wrong impression...
Violent seriously thought Raine was out to fight her? Far from it... for now at least. She held a defensive stance for the peeking-tom in the bushes, if someone was actually there, of course. "...You honestly think I'm going to fight you?" Shiero rose a brow before allowing her staff to rest on her right shoulder. "I refuse." Allowing her lids to close for a few moments, Shiero opened her eyes slowly, turning to Durithill. She had found her sister, after all. That's what she was trying do to, but what was she going to say to her now? "...Elva." Raine spoke aloud, shifting her now deep hues towards her sister. Aside from the dark shade of blue, they had a deep shade of purple within them as well. Lifting her staff off her shoulder, Raine allowed the end of it to sit in the flat, red earth beneath them as she took a step towards her sister. "...What is it that you desire, exactly?" She asked, her voice seeming to be strained when she spoke about her sister's desire --what she wanted. What was the need of her father's revival? Why was he needed... There were so many questions Raine wanted to ask, so many answers she wanted solved, but she had to be careful, she had to chose her words carfully. There were things she, Sherio, wanted as well, but those things had to be kept a secret... Her desires had a low chance of appeasment...

Violent's eyes widen as she heard her sister's response. She refused to fight her...? Violent cocked her head slowly to the right, a confused expression showing deep in her eyes. As she lowered her weapon, Violent's eyes shifted to the surroundings behind her. A small sigh passing her lips, she glanced back at her sister, a step closer towards her. Violent gazed into her sister's eyes, then stood in shock as she heard what her sister spoke. Her hands tightened as she clenched her teeth. Why did Shiero care anyways what she desired. It wouldn't help her. Violent's eyes suddenly softened after a moment of silence as she loosened her grip, and unclenched her teeth to speak, moving her gaze off her sister onto the ground below her. "Don't you know the reason Shiero...?" She spoke softly, trying to hold back a tear as she thought of her desire, her father...
