Fiona looked upon him, seeing the blush and the look of confusion that took over his face. Seeing the smile that appeared on his face, she sighed lightly with relief....but that was replaced with a blanched look of confusion and a touch of hurt. He wouldn't forgive her? For doing something so out of character and unladylike?
She bit her lower lip nervously when he mentioned some sort of punishment, her eyes wide and staring right up at him as he pressed his forehead against hers. What could he possibly think to do at such a close range? She half-expected the worst......whatever that may be.
She flinched and shut her eyes when he cupped her warm, crimson cheeks, not sure what to expect........and it was a very pleasant surprise that came her way when she felt his lips firmly press against hers. The realization that he was returning her bold gesture made her relax and lose herself in the moment. She didn't know how long it would last....but she didn't care. The fact remained that she was kissing someone who she barely, yet completely, knew and he seemed to feel the same.
A lot of questions ran through her mind; what would this lead to? What could be said afterwards? Would it be too awkward to speak? She could ask those questions later. She reached up to run the fingers of one hand gently through his hair before lightly caressing the very edge of his ear, remembering something he had mentioned earlier that evening.

It was like his head and heart were stuck in the tornado from hell. It was almost making him beyond dizzy at the warmth and sweet taste of the butterfly's gentle lips and breath on his own as they remained intertwined in a sweet and yet simple kiss. Hands trembling with pure weakness to her, she was like the fever that wouldn't pass; hidden deep within him, unable to be found and cured from his fever struck body. In a manner, this was a fever he started to wish would never pass; something he'd love to just melt away and die from.
Digits trailing in light trickle along her cheeks to her neck, he kept himself calm, not wanting to seem like he was hyper-ventalating. But the small push of her silk like fingertips against the point of his ear made his legs wobble and nearly give out from under him. A deep gasp finally parting his lips from her own, those lavender hues still hid behind closed lids as he attempted to collect himself. However, as to keep her form feeling worried, they revealed themselves in a splendor of deep shades, both vivid and bright with highlights of glowing light blues and violets. It was obvious his heart was singing through the nearly visible pulsing jugular and heaving breaths that only seemed like a whisper to the normal ears. "The sweetest dew alone could be found at your lips Fi. A sweet dew of hypnotizing proportions and crippling weakness to man-kind." A smile pressed his now almost stupidly ginned lips. "I would love to bottle you up and keep you all to myself... not let anyone else taste such wonders. However, you wouldn't be an item of personal greed; however it might be true, but for admiring and appreciating. That man was a fool... and that I'll have to prove to you... that you do deserve the love and respect like a goddess of the earth that you truly are."

((Hehe, I kinda forgot about that myself. ^_^ Only if you want to, sweetness.))
She could never have guessed what was going on through his mind, except that perhaps it ran along the same lines as hers. The taste of his lips surpassed the sweetest wine ever made...even the legendary Nectar of the Gods could not measure up to it. If she were prone to drunkedness, she'd never wish to leave this innebriation.
Delightful shivers ran through her skin as his fingers moved ever-so-softly down her cheeks to her neck, her petite wings fluttering in a giddy manner that gave away the tumultuous maelstrom of emotions that surged through her blood and mind. Hearing his gasp and feeling his lips retreat from hers, she almost feared that she might have stolen his breath from him. Her autumn brown eyes opened to look upon him, seeing the colors of his own seeming to be dancing before her; a glorious ballet that she could watch forever.
Fiona felt as though her heart would burst through her chest in an explosion of singing pastels. Her lips, which seemed to have taken on the softest rose tinge to them, were pulled up into a rather languid smile. She barely heard the words he spoke, the sound having a dream-like echo. She realized, though, that they were very real and she tried to focus on them. The crimson color on her cheeks brightened anew as he spoke of wishing to bottle her up and keep her to himself. However barbaric that sounded, oddly enough she would have gladly obliged.
"I am no goddess...." She said in a soft, almost breathless tone, "But knowing that you see me as such makes me feel as though I were sitting upon the highest cloud in the sky, eating cookies made of shooting star tails and moonbeams." She giggled lightly, knowing that her statement had a very child-like demeanor to it.....she couldn't help it, though. She felt so silly that it seemed to just come out in the words she spoke, however poetic they might have been.

(( I'll throw him in, sorry about the late reply! -lots of baby sturf to deal with- ))
It didn't cross his mind what she might have thought... but in a second time around, it did. Her words making him think of how rude it sounded... and barbaric indeed. Lowering his head, he laughed almost nerviously. He didn't expect his words to sound so.. manly compared to her cute chime of childish lyrics. Hands swiftly meeting with her own, to cradle the small digits between his own. Her skin was just as silky as her face within these small hands. It was almost like a revelation of the mind. Something so abused can only become more beautiful... however more fragile by the touch. No worries... he'd always be fragile with her. "In my mind... you are my goddess... the shining beauty and exact replica of the beauty nature is wrapped in wings and flesh. All inside is mother nature, her beaming pride and beauty... it just needs the right love to release her true beauty." He spoke almost like a whisper, leaning close to just brush his cheek against her own. It was a simple action compared to before... but held the same appreciation... the same worship. "I'm beyond blessed, Fiona." He spoke directly in her ear. "That through your fear and abuse, you've become this woman... this goddess of my own fascination. I feel like I could become simply obsessed just with that simple smile... and dedicated to making it happen each and every moment." Bah... he was such a sap already for her... and they didn't know one another for longer then a few hours now. At least... love at first sight couldn't be ruled out anymore in his eyes.

(( Sereg makes me jealous... -wishes Vesh was like him- >And he's completely from my mind too! -would be a good man- XD ))
Despite the night, it seemed suitable for a nightly like male's figure to just be strolling mindlessly through the tall brush of the fields. Horrors of his mother's heartbreak and her words rang true in his head like crashing thunder echoing in a cave. She wanted to bare the children of her love... but delt with him and his sister Tralani. Was it fair? He thought not. Long blue and black streaked fair and waved locks fluttered his pale marked face. Deep blue eyes seeming to spill over in the streams of blue that caressed his broad cheeks and jawline, like he cried his very being. Forever seeming saddened... forever damned to the truths inside of the strange creature. Fluttering his blendind silverish-blue wings, he thought it was bets to relax and just take in the night air... give his mother some time to relax from her own problems. Lord knows Tralani and him weren't helping. Plus... both of her sisters had now given birth... leaving her to be the only original without child. "Relax.... come on now... mom will be fine" He assured himself. No matter how hard he thought it... he was still on edge.

Hearing his laughter only increased her smile......and her blush. When his hands grasped hers, she firmly yet gently held onto those soft, delicate fingers that linked with her own. How long had it been since she had her hands intertwined with someone elses? How long had it been since her heart felt this light? The words he spoke in that quiet tone made her heart feel as though it had wings. He had called her his goddess....an exact replica of nature....and the last statement played through her mind like a sweet song, sending a surge of warmth to her face as her cheeks nearly glowed with red.
When his cheek brushed over hers, her eyes closed as she felt the soft touch....warm as the soft summer sun on her face. This man.....this amazing being before her had made her feel so young and naive again. Her heart fluttered with what felt like love at first sight in the fair field of springtime, a dream that was once so far away. Those words that embraced her mind; The right love.....to release her true beauty.
"The more time that I spend with you, the more I feel that there is reason to smile." She spoke softly to him, smiling brightly. "I'm the one who is truly blessed, dear Sereg. Meeting you this night and feeling this connection between us.....I can't describe how I feel with appropriate words."
************
The nighttime wasn't normally where the lizard girl could be found.....but for reasons unknown to her, Sheila felt the call of the night. Perhaps it was the feeling of suffocation from being inside for so long....after all, since arriving at Yaruka's home and exploring the first day, she had locked herself in her room. Untrusting of the world for her curse....but now she felt the want to stretch her legs. Grabbing her warmest golden-colored cloak, she stepped out into the night air.
The fresh air felt wonderful as she walked beyond the beach and into the forest. Such lovely scenery, despite the darkness. The blue coloring of her skin made her face seem to blend in with the air, her firey eyes and seafoam hair the only distinguishable things upon her that would suggest to a face. The rest of her, however, was clothed in bright golden clothes, making her petite, slender frame quite noticable. The decorations of her clothing jingled lightly as she walked, making her presence known to all in hearing range as her boots softly tred the ground.
Sheila didn't know how long she had been walking, but her legs began to tell her that she would need to rest for a bit. Bypassing a wall of trees, she came upon a nice clearing that became the entrance to a field of tall grass. A small pond was close to the border of the field and clearing, the little pool filled with crisp, clear water and surrounded by large stones and boulders. A smile graced her face as she walked around and felt the rocks with her fingers. They were still warm from the sunlight. Good.
Picking a large, flat-topped rock, she climbed on top of it and laid herself down on her stomach. A happy sigh escaped her as she felt the warmth reach her skin, letting her cloak cover her back. She closed her eyes, humming softly to herself as she rested.
However.......she had the distinct feeling that something was out there.....approaching ever closer.

He could feel the warmth through her cheek as he kept close to her. Unable to keep himself from just leaning down, his arms slowly slipped to gently slide out her chair and rest down on his knees to stare up at those beautiful brown eyes. Hearing her words, he smiled all the more, colorful lavender eyes just glowing so bright just to the sight of her happiness. It was like the sun parting through a storm, but not dispersing it completely. The rays shining through in wonderous lights through the black clouds, showing the individual rain rolling from the heavens above. "It seems like I could only do you this much after the life you had. You deserve the smiles... and I enjoy seeing that sweet curl on your lips." He almost murmered off in his little rant on her beauty and lovely smile. Resting his head softly on her knee, he held tightly to her hand, fingers tight within her own... this was wonderful. "Should I... see to getting you a room so that you can rest? It has gotten late." He didn't realize they'd talked this much... but he wasn't complaining. "I have enough room, you can sleep in my bed and I'll sleep on the floor." He was polite about the situation. A lady should always come before he did... Her comfort was first, and her feelings and needs were first.
- - - - - - - -
The soft crunch of boots upon the ground rang out on his odd feline like ears, causing them to twitch softly. Directing his warm eyes towards the lizard female who seemed familiar... he perked a thin brow. Lifting his talon bird like hand to his chin, he rolled a claw softly over his blue stained cheek. Her colored were complimenting to the night, and gave her the sweet accent of earth. Though, she looked young. The glasses gave her the smart and yet innocent look that seemed to que in the 'protect' part of the male. But, she didn't know him and he wasn't going to be overbaring. Not the way his mother raised him. Bah, mother! Now he was thinking about Kittie again. His eyes pinching shut, he turned his clawed fingers to grip the bridge of his nose, shaking his head in an attempt to forget such things... almost even forgetting the approaching female as he flicked his wings and tail behind him.

((*Can feel Fionas boldness growing, but smacks it* BAD GIRL!))
Fiona smiled and watched him as he pulled her chair out just so he could kneel in front of her. She couldn't help but look down upon his handsome face...and find herself sinking into it. The kindness that his heart burst with showed in his eyes. She barely heard his words, but they struck a gentle chord within her heart.
When he rested his head upon her knee, she blushed a bit as her hand nearly clung to his. The warmth of his hand was just so.....consoling. It felt so right for her to be holding it. Something familiar was being felt.....and the way he spoke....it rung a slightly sad song in her heartstrings, but she ignored it for now. She smiled softly and then blinked in surprise when she noticed how late it was. She looked out a window to the darkened sky, then looked back to him when he spoke of her sleeping in his bed while he had the floor. A rather bright shade of red started to form.
"Well.....you don't have to have the floor. I can always sleep upon the couch." She said softly, her voice then dropping very low that it almost sounded like a whisper. "Or......we could..........share....." Did I just SAY that?! Fiona, what is wrong with you?! He's a gentleman! You're a lady! Be proper! She screamed at herself in her mind, completely taken aback by her own bold suggestion......however quiet it might have been.
***************************
Sheila felt her skin tingle slightly as the keen sense of being watched came into play. Adjusting her glasses first, she then opened her eyes to gaze into the veil of night.....immediately seeing a figure decked in while and silvery colors. She sat up then to get a better look.......and he was familiar to her.
She watched as he seemed to go into a pensive state, curious as to his reason for being out here so late........then again, she didn't have much reason either, save for being perpetually bored. Sliding from the rock she had perched on, she slowly made her way to the male, not wanting to startle him at all. Last thing she needed was to frighten someone and receive a rather unpleasant reaction from it. Physical wounds weren't needed.
"Excuse me?" She spoke softly, staying a few feet away from him. "Are you okay?"

(( Woo Fiona! -giggles- Rainbow babies!!! >> ))
Her hand holding so tightly, it made him realize just how much he'd been poring these lyrical words to her. Such sweet things he'd honestly never said. Normally, he was polite and sweet as ever, but she brought this romantic elf out of his heart, charming him and making him fall miles over miles into the hot pool of emotion. Shifting his head a bit, those orbs of velvet softness still fixed on her so warmly, he blinked and listened to her, watched her and admired her completely. Her suggestions were something different; first one foolish, he'd have no such thing... and second... bold, but understanding. "The couch is no place for you, and I'll not have such a beauty planet on one... you deserve to be wrapped in silk and lay on rose petals from the finest white and crimson roses that only the gods themselves can touch." He was speaking that same romance again, but it all came so natural towards her. Just looking into those eyes made him a loving mess with comment after comment on her amazing person. "I... Well, about sharing... the manner in which I would is if you wanted me to." In his mind, it would be a first... but he knew one thing. "I must warn you, if I do sleep in the same bed with such a beauty who's charmed me so," He paused a moment, taking her hand and pressing his lips gently to the back of her soft digits. "I'll probably wrap my arms around you and not let you go for one second through the night... basking in your warmth, your beauty..." His voice near a whisper again as he stared almost hopelessly into her.
- - - - - - - - -
The gentle brushing of grass caught him, drawing his ears to perk and turn slowly. Shifting his head, those deep eyes locking to the blue figure that seemed to spill through the darkness. Expressionless, he said nothing at first, but had come to realize it was that girl he'd met previously. Though a small meeting, He had spoken and promised her something. "Hm? Oh yes... I'm fine" That deep voice ringing with a natural seductive wave. Pausing, he observed her a bit more, turning his body more so to face her as his long white tail flicked gently behind him. Yes.. it had to be her, those cute glasses and sweetly innocent expression. "I remember you Miss... but I quite don't recall ever getting your name..." He mumbled softly. This just hit him like a tone of bricks. He wasn't so used to actually seeing people again. Normally, he latched to his mother's side and never left, but this night... she needed her space to cry... to feel sad. As for her... what might she be doing out? Didn't lizard types normally enjoy the sunlight? She must have been freezing...

((Hehe, indeed. Don't encourage her to be TOO bold, though. She's still my sweet, flighty Fiona. ^_^))
Fiona had just about hid her face in her free hand, feeling so embarassed by her brash suggestion. She was a very proper young lady....very modest, demure, and in absolute control of her thoughts and actions......or so it seemed. Ever since she met this elf, she found that she had become more bold with her words, actions, and even her thoughts. Something about his beautiful countenance made her lose all sense of self-control.....as if it were alright for her to think, feel, and say such things around him. It was driving her slightly mad.
A rosey blush graced her cheeks when he spoke, again in that romantic tone and poetic form, of the way she deserved to sleep. She could half picture herself wrapped in a blanket of silk around her form.......which was, oddly, bare. Wait, BARE?! Her shocked thoughts echoed through the walls of her mind as she continued to envision it. She could see herself resting serenely upon a big, heavenly bed of nothing but the divine rose petals which he spoke of.....her eyes shut and a soft smile upon her face as she dreamed of sweet things, her hand shifting to gently clasp around the pale, soft digits of the dear elf as he rested beside her. Hold on......what's Sereg doing there? She questioned herself as she saw in her minds eye what she did.....and it caused the soft blush on her face to suddenly brighten a few shades of crimson.
She switched her focus from the strangely tantelizing visuals in her mind to the reality of his words as he spoke to her. She waited with her breath held for a bit as he was about to issue his warning, kissing her hand with those soft, sweet lips....which sent a flutter through her skin to her heart. The next words he said brought back her prior vision in full view before her mind, although somewhat altered; now she could see them embracing each other while sleeping in deep serenity. This time, she could not banish it....it was sticking there, being stubborn and teasing her sense of control. Her earthy eyes looked into his for a moment before she spoke, so quiet that she nearly whispered.
"I would not wish it to be any either way." A smile remained upon her lips as she gazed upon him.
***************************
The lizard hybrid paused in her tracks when he turned to see her. She watched him closely to guage his reaction to her presence. He seemed somewhat stoic....but had not made any signal of rejection. Sheila nodded her head a bit as he spoke that he was fine, taking a note of the tone of his voice. It added to the familiarity of him, as well as the mystery of his being. She adjusted her glasses again as he turned to face her, taking in the full of his figure that she could see now. She stepped up a bit closer and peered at his face, recognizing the unique marks upon his face.
"Oh yes, I remember you as well." She smiled a bit as she spoke, pulling her cloak around herself more. "My name would be Sheila. And.....sad to say, but I don't recall your name, either." Her tail twitched a bit behind her as she studied him, his mannerisms, and his reactions to her words. She was cautious of people, using whatever vantage point she had to judge them and figure out whether they were of the amiable sort or not.

(( -laughs- sorry... Colorings and loads of stressful things going on.. I finally have some time to reply today! -huggles and loves on deeply- heart ))
She seemed so drawn into her mind, retreated and hidden from his earth, the planet he was on. His mind focused completely on the beautify before him and her reactions. His words must have struck a chored correctly in her mind. However, he was a gentleman and wouldn't press any matter further then she wished it to go... even then, respecting her the whole way through. Her eyes finally shedding over him, cheeks so crimson and expressing her inner thoughts, he could tell her mind had sank into that darker part that every fleshy person lurks to at times of lust and love. Though... her expression, such innocent accents in her eyes... it strummed his own mind strings. There was something about the mental image he painted... but he saw it as something to brash to think of just yet. He wasn't one to violate her body with his mind, so he quickly dropped any perverse thoughts in his mind and focused on the smaller words slipping through her lips; those in which drew a soft smile and gentle chuckle over his own. That was an image he had no problem seeing.. in fact, he wanted it and would admit it if she asked. "So, I guess our sleeping arrangements have been settled. You shall be sleeping in my arms through the night." His tone a soft whisper much like her own. Letting his body slip form it's position, his hand lightly slipping over her own, he would gently take to it and keep his velvet like violet eyes locked to her own. "Then shall we? I need to prepare you a bath and all before bed. I can't have you feeling dirty in such a bed like mine, believe me; once you see it.. you'll feel like you'll have to be squeaky clean just to be in it.. I'd know... it's a cursed bed that has me scrubbing myself clean nightly just to enjoy it's full pleasures." He laughed. He'd forgotten to mention he was going to spoil her a bit with a hot milk bath with salts... possibly some aroma to coax relaxing senses... all earthly things his people took pride in. He'd make her the princess she was in his eyes.
- - - - - - - - -
A small smile fled his lips as he relaxed to the familiar face. She was something of the koi type. But he did remember her being sweet. "Ah yes... Sheila. I'm Loki... I remember seeing you one date and making word of a date of sorts." He mumbled lightly, letting his gloved hand slowly curl up to caress his smooth chin. She seemed to have a distant quality to her, but then again, seeing him in the darkness would cause any female to draw back a bit at first anyways. "So... are you just strolling to have a breath of air or escaping from hell like me?" Blunt, but is showed a bit of his bold characteristics. Loki was well known for being bold but polite at any random moment. He was a risk taker and payed for it. Thus his name... he was quite the odd ball and often used his good looks to get things he needed... well, when he was a boy. Now he relied on his complete charm. He was easy to make friends with and easy to have fun with, depending on the person. She seemed like the girl he could see wanting to have fun, but too scared to venture outside the law. So this... would limit their... 'date' some if held to his word.

The butterfly could only stare into those beautiful eyes of his and try to guage what he could possibly be thinking. Perhaps he had read her mind? Or perhaps they just happened to be on the same train of thought, no matter how much they tried to deny it. He had not been the one to blush in the situation...but she could feel a change in his grip on her hand. She could almost feel the energy surging between their skin as it seemed their excitement at the prospect of sleeping side by side. When he confirmed that, she smiled brighter and her eyes seemed to glitter. She had no doubt she would be warm in his embrace.
She stood when he took her hand and tilted her head curiously to one side when he mentioned preparing a bath for her. Hearing his reason, she could only giggle.
"I wouldn't have thought to do anything otherwise. I always bathe before bed...but if your bed is as glorious as you say, then I will make sure to banish all traces of dirt and grime from my personage."
She had to think on his late statement......about enjoying its pleasures. That image came back to her mind again and she felt herself blushing again. Damnit all, Fiona...stop thinking like a street harlet! She thought to herself, and then another thought entered her mind. Oh dear, she was sure that her face was bright red.
********************************** Sheila never took her eyes off of him, taking in his every reaction to her. Indeed, she had to notice he was handsome.....that she hadn't forgotten about since their first brief meeting. Then the name......Loki. Like the Norse god of mischief? She could swear she saw that faint glint of it in his eyes, so perhaps it was apropriate. Then to his question, she shrugged a bit.
"A little bit of both, you could say." She moved closer, feeling a bit more at ease now that she recognized him and it seemed he wasn't going to harm her. "It's always a bit chaotic at the house, so I needed to get away for a bit. Plus, it always seems as though I'm running from my past.....looking over my shoulder."
She stopped for a moment......she was saying things so freely. That was odd for her. She usually kept very quiet.
