After watching the first episode (raw) of Mai Otome, I have high hopes for the series.
No if only I understood a word of Japanese... sweatdrop

I was in my local Dollar General tonight when I noticed "Tenchi in Tokyo Volume 1" and "Tenchi Muyo Volume 1" for sale $3 each so I bought them. When I got home I logged on to the internet and went to the online anime store where I get all my anime dvds. I noticed there were other versions of the Tenchi series:
Tenchi in Tokyo
Tenchi Muyo
Tenchi Universe
Tenchi Muyo Universe TV
Tenchi Muyo GXP
Tenchi Muyo Movie
I was wondering if anyone knew the order in which these different Tenchi series came out so I could buy them all in order and if there was anything I needed to know about the whole series itself.
