"Usagi!" Mamoru called out when he got to the front door. She was facing away from him, looking down the street, apparently in the direction that Zoisite had taken off in. "Is everything alright?" he asked when he noticed how concerned she looked.


Kunzite had followed Mamoru down the stairs, but remained inside the house while he spoke to the Princess. For the time being at least, the Shitennou leader fully intended to keep the Master in sight at all times. Zoisite could no longer be trusted, and while he had no reason to distrust either of the remaining two, Kunzite planned to take it upon himself to ensure the Master's safety.


Zoisite continued walking, ignoring the Princess when she called out to him. He shoved his hands into the pockets of his trousers and keep his eyes focused on the ground in front of him as he walked with no clear destination in mind. He truly had no where to go. Besides the Master, the Shitennou, and the Senshi, he knew no one in this world, and it wouldn't be long before everyone he did know had turned against him. Not that he didn't deserve it.

Danburite. Zoisite couldn't help but think of his old lover then. Everything that was happening was because of him, but if Zoisite could somehow make him see the truth, show him that they can all live together in peace... Zoisite shook his head, maybe it was useless to think that Danburite could return to the way he was.

Mamoru sighed. "I honestly don't know yet," he said, shaking his head. "Why don't you come inside and we'll try to sort this out? I think it would be best if we all share what information we have."

Mio looked at Danburite. For a moment, one may wonder if she would accept these orders coming from someone like him. However, she spoke again is an approving tone. "Oh, yes. I do understand, Danburite-sama." she said trying to show him some respect. She didn't intend on serving him in the least, but she knew she'd have no choice. Besides, she still sought revenge on those foolish senshi for destroying her once before. "No harm shall come upon the senshi. I shall be sure of it. In the mean time, I should try winning the Shitennou's favor. Should I not?" she said this in her normal tone with a wide smile across her lips and looking back into her mirror.

Nephrite burst into the door to find the house quiet and not a trace of the other Tennous around. "Jadeite better not be waisting my time" Nephrite cursed under his breath.

Makoto nodded. "I'll bring something over. What would you like?" she was glad that she'd get to do some cooking. She was pretty good at it, especially since her parents died when she was very young. It was her job to take care of herself from then on. It was alright though. After all, now she had friends. The experience would also help in further life goals as well.

Usagi gave a grim nod; she too had believed that Beryl was truly dead. But she had hoped the same of Mio. It seemed as though anyone with a connection to the past life would not be easy to kill, much less keep them dead. She was a prime example of that.

Following Mamoru inside, she made a note of Nephrite's presence before opting to follow Kunzite, the leader of the Tennou. She wondered if she could get him alone for even a few moments so she could inquire about Zoisite. As she approached, she briefly thought about the last time she was in a room alone with him under good terms. He had been Shin, then, and had rescued Kamekichi. But that was in the past and even the Kunzite standing before her was completely different from Shin and even different from the Dark Kingdom soldier she had faced.



Luna looked over at Artemis, who had finally regained consciousness. She had been left to wait by his side, being his partner in all that wwas going to happen. "I think she may have gone upstairs with Mako-chan... but after that, I'm not sure," the young girl replied softly, fearing that being any louder would do more damage than good to Artemis.



Danburite turned his back to Mio. "You may try, but Kunzite is already suspicious of you. I do not advise crossing paths with him until we have at least one of the other Shitennou under our control," he replied, clenching his fists. Kunzite would be the one to present the most opposition to his plan. It had always been that way with Kunzite. Kunzite would be the very last one he worked on.

And then he jsut walked out of Mio's room, an evil smirk stretching across his face. he had no more time to waste on Beryl's shadow. He had his own goals to achieve and a plan to reform. He had intended to start with Jadeite but maybe Zoisite would prove to be the weaker link.

"Yes. Zoisite should definitely be where I start," he said to himself as he walked down the corridor, his footsteps echoing as he did.



Naru let out a sigh as she waited for Motoki to finish up with Makoto. She just wanted to get a room paid for before Kanami and Momoko showed up. However, with Motoki distracted, her two friends would definitely arrive before she could secure them a decent karaoke room.

eventually Zoisite noticed that he feet had left the pavement of the sidewalk and he now walked on grass, having entered one of the many parks within Tokyo. The area felt familiar, but he never really bothered looking up and around at his surroundings, only starting at the ground a couple metres in front of him.

Eventually he had to come to a stop. He had reached a lonely tree in the park, and he almost laughed when the realization of where he was hit him. 'how ironic,' he thought as he sat on the ground and leaned back against the trunk and closed his eyes, 'that I somehow managed to come back here.'



"Naru-chan!" Motoki exclaimed, having completely missed the other customer in the room. "I'm sorry I didn't notice you!" he apologized with a quick bow. "Is there something I can help you with?"
